CA PATH Collaborative Planning and Implementation (CPI) Initiative Best Practices Webinar #3

On June 27, 2024, the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) hosted a public webinar, entitled “Tools to Better Engage Eligible Members in California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM)”.
The webinar is part of a biannual series of PATH CPI webinars designed to highlight best practices for implementing Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports, increase providers’ successful participation in CalAIM, and improve collaboration with Medi-Cal managed care plans (MCPs), state and local government agencies, and others to build and deliver quality services to Medi-Cal members. Guest presenters included BluePath Health and HC2 Strategies.
