- This weekend we head to Lake Havasu Arizona for some good ol' tent camping. Lake Havasu has Boat-In Campsites for day or overnight use and this weekend we camped for a one night stay. It was very nice to get back to camping basics and leaving the RV at home. Such an awesome trip and adventure! Cant wait for the next trip! Check Us Out @wkkndwarriors

I just turned 76 last week, and it's great to watch you kids do what we used to do all the time when we were young. Summers were great times back then. If you remember, we're struggling to get our big boat up and running again. I'm going up to Lake Powell tomorrow to get the drives and take them to Phoenix where they can be rebuilt tomorrow. Wish me luck!!

My wife and I were down at Lake havasu camp ground this past weekend and it was 114 ouch! We also took out the boat it was just too hot. We're done with camping in havasu in July. Last week we did cattail same time you guys were there hot hot hot.
Thats awesome, but yikes about the heat 🥵 I think we want to do another camp trip in October when temperatures are better.

Yes it was hot, but so much fun. 🤗 Highly recommend doing this at least one time. Probably May or October would be ideal weather temps.

Hi, havasu has lots of riding trails, but im not too sure about this area specifically. Not seeing it on their site. azstateparks.com/cattail-cove

@@wKKnDwarriors We have boat camped primarily at Lake Mead from '88 to 2014. Then we have enjoyed the excellent beaches at Lake Mohave
