In the works of his maturity he fully adopts the new classical style (it is considered early classic but his sonatas for keyboard are very close to the manners of Mozart and Haydn). What a wonderful composer that ran across a century ( God offered him a long life) .

je me sens portée au fil de l'onde , bercée par le glissement de cette barque légère et tranquille, les nuages s'étirent, se déchirent, , se déforment courent , dévoilent un soleil d'une pâleur de lune... je me prends au jeu de n'être plus qu'une vapeur ouatée confondue et fondue, suspendue à ce délicieux instant qui m'éternise.

Más de una hora de una excelente música, muy relajante, con unos graves muy interesante que como neófito en esta disciplina los atribuyó al violonchelo en contraste con el agudo del violín, que hace la delicia de los oídos.
These concertos do not sound like Vivaldi at all, but follow the model and style of Corelli and Alessandro Scarlatti, in structure and use of counterpoint. Two completely different styles.

Actually, there's a healthy thirty-year span between Galuppi and Vivaldi and their music differs substantially.
