I’m not a protein bar etc person but I enjoy you trying the different bars out there, reviewing them and sharing your thoughts. Family members love some of the bars out there n I’m sure others will n do too.

I agree, wasn’t too impressed with the ingredients but they were tasty. Which ones do you recommend?

I have not had a lot of luck with protein bars as they tend to be overly dense like chewing on a tree stump. I like the Gatorade ones and the chocolate peanut butter Premier bars.

I know it's probley not as "healthy" as these bars but if I want a peanut bar I'm going to buy a Pearsons salted nut roll. Second choice would be a Lance nut bar or Munch nut bar . The first one is the only one that sounded nice. Good review from the both of you .

I love Trader Joe’s but I usually pass by the protein bars. The chew is a good thing, like you said. But the odd aftertaste sounds quite unpleasant.
Did you look at the ice cream while you were there?

We did look but we couldn’t buy anything frozen because we didn’t have dry ice. Trader Joe’s is never our last stop before heading home, so frozen items have to have it. We have learned that ice isn’t good enough when they will be in it for another 3 hours.

@@TamiDunn You’re right, ice doesn’t seem to help much. I hope sometime you can try the Peanuts for Chocolate flavor. And the mint chocolate chip. Both are so good. I’ve heard that the seasonal lemon is delicious too.

I’ve tried this brand before. I’m with Kevin on this one. I absolutely hate these. Literally all I taste is chemicals when I eat these bars. I actually start to gag lol.

Chocolate Dough isn't a go to for me but I do enjoy it if I do buy it 😄 and I don't buy the Vegan ones... no reason to buy them but I do love how they are made in "Croatia" considering they are Swedish....
