I like very much Edita Gruberiva's licht rendition of Bel Raggio with all of her interpolated runs and backed up with the traditional chorus. Very enjoyable to hear.
Even in her prime the voice sounds wrong for the Italian repertoire and the high notes squeezed and slightly under. Certainly a great singer but better as Zerbinetta and Queen of the Night I always thought. She did sound better live though I must admit.
