You equalize the pressure by blowing bubbles through you nose in those goggles. Correct me if I am wrong, seriously do. At least eight or nine people have died at Jacob's Well - the exact number is hard to come by - which has prompted some people to call it one of the most dangerous diving spots in the world. Two young Texas men were caught in one of the well's caves and drowned in 1979. One diver's remains were flushed out of the well in 1981. The other's remains weren't recovered until 2000. Writer Louie Bond tells some of the well's story . He describes at least four caves deep in the well, some with openings so narrow that divers have to remove their tanks to get through. Bond also describes the recovery of one of the well's victims in 2000, made by a diver from the San Marcos Area Recovery Team. You couldn't tell up from down, left from right," Kathy Misiaszek says. "You couldn't see your gauges. You were scraping the bottom and banging your tanks on the top. You had nothing to fall back on except your training. We were rather relieved to get out." Yeah Jacob’s Well is very dangerous so be damn careful.
It’s dangerous because people go exploring and get trapped in the caves, other than that it’s basically just a deep pool, don’t go deeper than you can swim up from ;)
Haha I've got a pair of those udt dive shorts too. I'm obviously not a seal but they're perfect for snorkeling in because they don't hinder you like longer board shorts. Everyone always gives you a hard time when wearing them but they know that the biggest bad asses in the world wear them!

@@BuddySpike101 apparently from a dice instructor I spoke to it's really not bad at all. Most of the deaths were because people were being stupid about it. Experienced divers die all the time because of overconfidence. There's even a good video on TH-cam explaining how it's not dangerous
