I was so curious about these perfumes as I remember when the first one came out and I smelled it at Walmart. I didn't buy it then. So I'm so glad you gave us a little go over on each of them. I may just seek at least one of them out again. Love your videos by the way!!
Oh wow the performance of the original Prerogative is GREAT on my skin and specially on my clothes (I mean, it kinda never goes away when I spray it on my clothes.) Rave has a pretty ok performance on me too, although not as good. Unfortunately I've never tried Ego. Prerogative is over of my favourite fragrances btw!
I filmed this video a while ago so don't recall specifically, but that's very possible. I test my perfumes before reading the notes so I don't get influenced by what the company says it's supposed to smell like, I feel it allows me to give more honest reviews. Hope this makes sense :-)

I am asking because I have an allergy to vanilla and I had a sample of this perfume and I like it and I wonder what to do because it is generally written about this perfume that there is some oriental but on fragrantica and other pages in the fragrance notes there is no vanilla and I wonder if these other notes they do not create a scent similar to vanilla in combination with each other, or whether it could have happened so that the producers would not include vanilla in the composition. Do you know if they could have done that?
@@Thepinkflower7 Oh that's a whole different story if you're allergic to vanilla. Yes, it is likely the combination of non-vanilla fragrances can make it smell like vanilla and that is likely what happened to my nose. Either way, no perfume is worth risking an allergic reaction.

I like rave the best. I carry a decant in a little travalo bottle and just respray when it wears off. It doesn’t last but I kinda like it

Prerogative is $10 at Burlington right now!. I don't get any coffee right now. It's a fruity one, not mad at it but I was thinking coffee.
That's a good price! Yeah if you want a real coffee scent I'd go with Al-Rehab French Coffee or Black Opium

I think they largely serve the same purpose, though Ego is my favorite. If it were me I'd sell the others and buy Ego but that's just me haha

Not really. The EDP is more vanilla and fruit while Ego is lactonic and gives fruit and coffee ice cream vibes. I definitely prefer Ego!

Is it worth getting prerogative ego if I already have the original one? The notes look similar on fragrantica.
Honestly I don't think so, no, they really serve the same purpose and are very similar.
