Another band that should have been huge, imho. Great image, great tunes, great musicianship, but let down by the majority of sheeple having poor taste in music. The Tourists were another band from the same era who should have been huge, but only got huge when they changed their image, musical direction and name and became the Eurythmics.
Faye Fife was my dream date for years!!! Finally got to meet her and the rest of the band in 2012 in Germany when I was on tour with DOA and we played at the same festival.
Love the Rezillos… their debut album is an absolute stunner, every track a corker with no filler. Saw them last weekend at the Assembly Rooms in Islington & they were phenomenal… so good to have them still touring! ❤
Genuinely didn't recognise Eugene without wraparounds in the "Motorbike Beat" clip! Saw them around (gulp) 40 odd years ago... glad to see they're still going.
Fantastic retro Sci-fi band both as the Rezillos and the Revillos , I was a shame they split up as the Rezillos in 1978 . But great to see them get back together when they did
One of the funniest bands I´ve ever seen alive. I have assisted to two concerts in Madrid ( actually there were the Revillos but who f****cks matters). They are GREAT !
Brilliant! Picked the first album out of my older brothers record collection in the 70s based on the sleeve alone, and was blown away by the energy… almost 45 years later it still sounds amazing… and they are still delivering live…. wish this documentary was 2 hours longer! 🔥🚀
I saw them in Eric's when I was 15 as the Revillos, one the best experiences of my young life, that debut Rezillos album is one of the best by anyone ever.
Some friends and I travelled to Chicago to see the Revillos. We were so fascinated by Eugene's fabulous pompadour that we asked for/received permission to gently touch it - like it was some sacred garment, or such. Thanks for the recollection.
Saw them last week at derby amazing gig . Had a quick chat with the bass player (didnt get his name). Im thinking of going to leeds, lincoln and Edinburgh to them but as i live in Nottingham does anyone know of any bnb or cheap hotel for me to stay the nite. Saw the Rezillos reunion tour at the 2015 Rebellion Festival in Blackpool and they were on the smaller stage and fucking incredible.

The first time i saw them was in Grangemouth about 1978 and more recently in Glasgow in 2023, still the same and just as brilliant.
