It would be a huge undertaking but switching to Mils would help with the curl on the baseplates. Also thicker mils would help with the elevation. MORE DUPLO
Yep, you're absolutely right! However, at this moment I am not ready to make that jump because of cost. Perhaps I'll do that when I move out of my parents' house and have to redo my city anyways. That's a few years away though! Still, more DUPLO does sound exciting :)

However, I have other ideas that I am working on currently and am running short on table space, so I can’t seriously consider an interstate for several years’ time (my parents won’t let me buy more tables until I move out). I’m sorry if that wasn’t the answer you were hoping for, but I agree it would be dope! TL;DR great idea, won’t be anytime soon if it happens :/
@@PetersPieces totally fine! Maybe a small segment into the wall to make illusion of an ongoing freeway would be a way to conserve space but still get the idea across. Good luck!
What a great city. You did a TON in this video. The roads look great. I really like the technique with the duplo supports for the build - that makes a lot of sense. The elevation of part of the city on that incline is also neat. Props to not burning out.
