I think po it should be (4-1) divided by 4 not by 5 because the highest range is 4 not 5.. Your answer po is 0.75.. If you are going to base it in your eq (4-1)/5 that is 0.6 not 0.75.. I think the correct eq po is (4-1) /4 = 0.75.. And 4 -1 should be enclosed by ( ) because if not using the PEMDAS rule u have to divide first 1 by 4 then the quotient will be subtracted from 4.. thank you, and i already answered this sa previous comments that i erroneously wrote 5 instead of 4. regarding naman sa ( ), i intentionally used divide sign since ang main concern naman dito is kung paano magcompute for the thesis lang naman kung saan gumagamit sila ng cellphone to compute kadalasan and hindi sya for math purposes kung saan very particular sila sa signs.

Usually kung i-sosolve natin yung rating, it will be 5-1/5 = 0.80 pero meron din akong nakikita na mga ibang studies na kung saan ginagamit nila ang 1-1.5, 1.5-2.5....4.6-5.5 na rating.
