I can’t believe Sage is almost 9months old it seems like you just had her, boy time flies you guys are doing a great job btw 😀❤️ I found a sugar free Ketchup from primal kitchen it’s so good you’d never know it’s sugar free I just started keto so I’ve been on the hunt for good sugar free stuff, I even found a no carb sugar free whole milk at Whole Foods

Thick slices of red cabbage grilled with some olive oil and s/p is a really good way to use it too. Yummy with feta or goat cheese crumbled on top 😋
I love your grocery hauls. The wild shrimp burger and the chicken fillets looks amazing and the salmon and veggie shishkabob looks sooo good! Sagey is so adorable and growing up so fast. So glad I live in Toronto so I can buy all the wonderful foods that you suggest. Thanks so much for your wonderful suggestions. You are so helpful and you have a very warm, fun and caring way of presenting things. Your videos are very enjoyable.

Girl, your Rainbow Chopped salad is a fav in my home. That, and your salad recipe that you quickly whipped up on your most recent road trip 😃. I tried it for the first time yesterday and omg yumm!

Trader Joe's Bolognese pasta sauce is amazing!!! And it's only 3.99 a jar! And I'm usually dairy free but Trader Joe's has matcha green tea ice cream. It's divine!
RAO’s sauce is so good and I’m Italian and used to the best homemade sauce. Even my Grandmother would have approved

That's Nona's Alfredo is pretty good and Canadian too! I found it a bit thick and just added a little water. I'm always on the hunt for a dairy free Alfredo 😊

Baby carrots don’t have the nutrients of whole carrots because its essentially just the core of the carrot. To get all of the nutrients in carrots you should always roast them whole before cutting or adding to food.
I think it would be interesting to see a haul and meal prep for the week using only groceries bought from walmart or no frills (any store with a limited amount of options compared to larger chains).

Loving your channel! Rao’s is amazing but have you tried PC’s Black Label? It’s a few dollars cheaper and it’s to die for. The Tomato Basil is truly extraordinary…please give it a try, i’d love to hear your opinion.
Totally agree on the baby carrots. Regular carrots are much better.

I heard that RAOS is not organic but the tomatoes are pealed which is were the problem is with not organic. Also from Italy which has a lot less issues with not organic produce.

okay LOVE but I kinda laughed when you showed the bag of coleslaw and then immediately the purple cabbage and said you don't always use a whole cabbage... girl cut it and shred a carrot in and avoid that bagged slaw!
BJs also carries RAOs its so expensive because RAOs is an elite italian restaurant in harlem nyc and its impossible to a reservation in there. So buying the sauce is a night out dupe? Lol

Your grocery haul videos are so relaxing! But why in Canada (and also many other countries unfortunately) they do sell veggies singly wrapped in plastic? 😩

@@natalieeubank4533 I'm pretty sure it's a practice in place much before Covid happened. Even in Italy they preferred to put almost all fruit n veggies in plastic container to avoid people over touching them and to reduce the time spent to choose them, but it lasted for few months in 2020. We still have fruit n veggies sold in that way but also we can pick them from big containers and put them into biodegradable bags. It's a matter of choice. Btw single wrapped veggies exist in Italy as well...and I always think WTF
I agree baby carrots are gross. They are not as sweet. I grew my own carrots this year and they are so good! Super easy to grow too!
I don’t recommend the chocolate cookies cream cashew based ice cream.
I'm just curious, but are you a certified nutritionist or dietitian or anything? If not, would you ever consider becoming one?
I find those ice creams sickly sweet and artificial tasting better just to get real cream based ice cream in moderation unless you really cant eat dairy.

I used to work at tim’s years ago…. The cream cheese used to be Philadelphia brand and then they changed it to some sort of garbage that was easier to spread. It’s nasty 🤢
I knew it must have changed! I remembered it being soo much better. Now it tastes awful.. yuck!
