Aimee, you are able to break down the technical aspects of the game with the amazing ability to demonstrate (aimeefy) and provide practical tips that can be incorporated into anyone’s game, no matter their skill level. I’ve been playing for 50 years and have heard from many instructors over the years. You are a great teacher. Thank you!
Thank you Aimee! Just retired and I have been golfing 3 times a week since June. I am on a quest to break 100, 104 at Bonita National yesterday. Your a great golf coach and love your tips! Richie, Naples, FL.
Aimee, that is the best tip and exercise drill. First I was introduced to it and I'm 69 plus had lessons 3 times. Besides not being able to play often, I started slowing my backswing and not taking the club all the way back. It helped a little but I didn't obtain the distance plus I was omitting the wrist action. Fabulous instructional aid
Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am a former 8.2 handicap who had to take an extended break (8+ years) and am now just getting back to it. I can still hit my irons pretty consistently, but my driver is all over the place, 260 straight, 210 hook, 180 slice, never the same twice in a row. I've tried many things to get more consistent, but without the help of video, I didn't realize my real issue was taking it back way inside. I felt like I was getting good extension going back, but I struggled mightily to return the club face square. Thankfully I decided to watch this video of Aimee's because it was the proverbial light bulb switching on. I immediately went to the range and it was instant, literally my first swing! I hit 30 balls in short order, flushed 20 of them, and the other 10 were just slightly off, all at the intended target and long (for me anyways.) If you are having trouble returning the club face square, I highly recommend you give Aimee's tip a try.
Man not sure how I came across your page But I’ve watched millions of videos on how to fix the driver you’ve explained it so easily I’m now a believer. Thanks for the fix looking forward to viewing more of your videos 😊😊👍🏾👍🏾
The sand trap tutorial was an instant success for my game. I made Amie's adjustments over my Sam Sneed technique and it improved my bunker shots immensely primarily due to her advice on stance and weight distribution on your feet...oh yes and on the downswing of the club too. Thanks Amie!
Aimee, couldn’t agree more.I was shown this before and it works ,gets rid of slice immediately.I highly recommend this approach.I find it tends to make your hips come thru first and stops you coming over the top.Love ya work👍
I'm new to the channel and it's great! Easy to follow your instructions and you break the lesson down for the average Golfer with great delivery. Thank You 👍💪😊
Aimee, your video has helped me so much. My drives started to curve right and I tried lots of things to understand why and how to fix it. Nothing I tried gave me consistent results. Until I applied your swing plane training. I hit 20 balls straight and true - that's never happenned before. I left the range smiling from the bottom of my stomach to the tips of ears. Now I'm looking forward again to getting on the course and seeing if I can bring my score down. Thanks a million. You made it all so simple.
Hi Aimee I think you are amazing. Your videos are fun and so clear to understand. I like how you explain so simply you are a great coach thank you for all your help 👍🏻
Aimee, I’ve watch a lot of golf videos and you are the first one that I’ve subscribed to. Your instructions are well explained, simple, and perfect for a slow learner like me. :)
I am unable to play right now and havent played since January due to an injury so all I've been doing is watching your videos and reading books. So hopefully when I'm able to finally get out there I'll be better than ever
Great instructions again, Aimee. I love how clearly you explain the game and how simple you keep things both for beginners and advanced players. Keep it up!
I think this is the best lesson to understand the way of using the left hand for taking way and hinging... Not everybody teaches these important processes. In Japan, many people use the right hand too much at the takeaway and even for the downswing.
Hi Aimee, I recently came across your channel and I love your lessons. A question, at the top of your backswing I notice that you have a cupped left wrist (open face?). Then how do you square the clubface before impact? Kind regards
Another highly informative tutorial Aimee Cho. Thanks for explaining the proper swing plane action on the back swing with my driver. Your concise and no nonsense approach of teaching helps open up some additional possibilities for my golf game. I will try and implement this the next time I go out. If I still flub it up I will just revert back to this video again! LOL BTW, you really do provide high quality content, thank you so very much for all you do.
Aimee, you talk about pressing the left hand down to get into the slot on the backswing with the driver. Can this method be applied to full shots off the ground with irons and fairway woods?
I just started golfing I’m going on my third time playing today and I can’t wait to use what I’ve learned from your videos thank you so much for these videos
Thank you for another great lesson. I have a problem with the left hand grip at the top of my swing. I seem not to be able to maintain the wrist near 90 degree angle. My hand tends to collapse at the top causing inconsistent at the impact. Any suggestions you could give. Thank you so much.
Hello Aimee! Our 8-year old daughter loves your videos so much. Can an 8-year old junior golfer apply the "on or above the plane" during the take away ? Can this be applied also to her IRON Clubs. Thank you so much!
You do a great job explaining. For my driver, I tend to gain speed on the follow through and hit it as hard as I can. OR should I not try to hit the ball hard, but let the club make contact as it will?
Just by teaching, you're becoming a better golfer. 👍 The only difference is in your conditioning for competitive golf.🤔 To compete you must go into BEAST MODE ☝️⛳🏌️
Another great lesson Aimee. Your swing is awesome. I can't help but notice that your driver head looks cumbersome. Would you get more club head speed with a smaller club head?
That’s a great video. I don’t have a problem with my driver accuracy or hitting it in the sweet spot of the face. But I will pass along your video to two friends that I think this info would benefit. Good stuff Aimee!

The most comprehensive instructor I have met so far.
Thank you Aimee.

This gal is a great teacher! Her lessons are easy to understand.
The best lesson i've ever learned. Have been struggling on how to hinge properly. Thank you.

I have learned more from you Aimee than all the other "you tubers" combined. Thanks again for all your help!

Aimee, you talk about pressing the left hand down to get into the slot on the backswing with the driver. Can this method be applied to full shots off the ground with irons and fairway woods?
Hi amy, can you show how to differensiate the swing of driver vs 3 wood
This makes real sense. Good drill. Thanks Aimee

Nooo, let the clubhead hit the ball with your core and even Tempo..
Thanks, really helped with the hinge.
Thanks a lot Aimee.

My left elbow bends a little at the top of the backswing, unlike when I was thirty years younger! Should I try to correct that?
