Sorry but this is not carnival legend Halloween 2019.. we were on the ship oct 31 and the hot shots were dressed up. Singer fiona was Moana and singer lucas had a jamaican bob Marley hat on. And jen Cruise director was dressed as Queen of Hearts. And our Halloween deck party was packed. The entire ship was on the deck Halloween night, not this crowd in the video.
