The whole chorus is in English and most of RMs part is also. Plus there are a bunch of English words thrown in. The original is all in Hangul(Korean). They usually do a mix of both English and Hangul.

Well, not surprising cuz they're from Korea, and English isn't the language they grew up speaking. It probably would be the same if rappers from the U.S. tried to rap in Korean. But I respect that BTS includes some English for the international fans in most of their songs.

I did too. Mic Drop is originally fully Korean with their usual spattering of English. But this remix was rewritten to be 75% English. They should have turned on the subtitles.

I think the reason it's like that is because there's a Korean version where he raps part of his part in Korean. So he covers his mouth and doesn't do it much in the video for the Korean version. I THINK. I've seen him do both both English and English/Korean version.

A lot of K-pop groups are really bad at lip syncing their own songs, RM is notorious for that. You should check out their live stuff.

The reason it was hard to hear that it was in English is because of the amount of autotune. Otherwise it would've been easy to notice. Like in their live shows, it's easier to notice.

Fun fact: BTS rarely uses green screen. They usually actually make the scenes. It’s actually pretty awesome when you realize how much stuff they set on fire. If you watch the behind the scenes videos you will see it’s all real

The companies pay (milions a year) for trainees and idol's living expenses and have to pay it back after they debut and start making money, the groups who don't get popular are in debt to their company for years. Yeah they earn more money now,but not the amount you're expecting, the company still pays for everything, even the expensive flat they moved to reasently(they wanted to give them peace, comfort, security and inspiration/motivation)

The stories the companies feed the public are just that stories. Look up videos, for example of Jimin passing out at a concert or Kookie almost getting slapped by his manager.

I love that y'all give props where props are due and don't throw hate saying they are stealing our culture and what not, it's music.. and even though most kpop is influenced by urban culture it's a fusion of alot of different styles. These K-pop stars work their asses off day and night. Sometimes to the point that they faint or fall ill during performances (Sadly happens quite often) So I'm glad that they are finally getting the recognition world wide that they have worked hard for. I adore bts and many other hard working kpop artists!
