My first time in Breckenridge I was a 12 year old skier without a shred of fear in me. Then I hit that MASSIVE jump line, first 2 jumps go fine...jump 3 I superman face first into the landing. Next day I asked my parents if I could snowboard instead, they rented me a board and said "have fun" and let me go alone. Haven't skied every since hahaha
I was so pumped to spend a week at breck for the first time in 6 years. Got here on Sunday and was totally bummed by the parks. I wish I would have got a rental car so I could have drove to copper every day.
@@stevenbennett3810 I had an epic pass forn2 years and breck is sick. So much good terrain. Just be cautious of the long lines everywhere. Lifts, gondolas, busses, restaurants, supermarkets. I was just there to eat on Saturday and i couldn't find a parking spot within 10 blocks of the restaurant. Hopefully sense youe staying there you don't have to worry about parking though.

A51 is completely gone. When I lived in summit, there were always massive rumors that Vail Resorts was trying to completely cut out the parks. And well look at it now, they have. Vail Resorts has completely destroyed towns, resorts and the entire park and pipe scene.

Thanks for the shout out Casey!!!!! As positive as I can be- breck is still a legendary mountain. But yah I’m spoiled, I go shred every day, and I’m at keystone, copper, or abay all the time. The fun to crowd ratio at breck is just not worth it. Breck has turned into just wide open groomers and they seem to even destroy the already rare side hits. So many other great mountains within just a few miles!!!!!

I had that same talk when I did mine “ it’s not a life changing thing…some people still have normal lives without the surgery…you just won’t be able to play sports and be active…so if that’s what you’re wanting then we should do surgery…” TF? Yes I want my normal active lifestyle back 😂! Also 6-8 weeks ain’t bad I was out for 5 months before I was even cleared to start rehab on it and then another 3 1/2 months of rehab before the Dr released me back in the wild! 🤣🤣 . Then again the only reason my arm wasnt completely ripped off my body was because my shoulder muscle and skin were still there. 😂😂🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼! New goal! #getDdubOnaWaveBySpring
Went to breck a couple weeks ago. Seems like the conditions have been trash since open. Lines were dumby long. Took 35 min just to get on a lift. Also there’s not many good off trail runs that you can get into at breck. The trees are too close together for all that. Does he have any Mt Baker vids?

This family (4 of us) will not be buying a vail pass next year. I’ve been a pass holder for 23 years. I rode park, still ride park, and my kids love it…no more VR for us. So sad.

Those jumps are not forgiving at all. It’s like you have to super send it and then you do and still come up short. They definitely removed Freeway forever, someone pulled down the bar on the Colorado chair and the map does not have the orange park coding on Freeway anymore, they have it as a family zone. Heard Breck sold the pipe dragon too so no more half pipes at Breck. It was heartbreaking to see that map because it solidified that Freeway is gone. We are like y’all, the park was better back in the day. Especially Keystone, it’s not like it used to be at all. You can tell the park crews are trying so hard but have no budget. Vail Resorts are just wrecking parks and putting their money into family experience on mountain. Have fun wherever you shred.
Small features with flow are way more fun for really good snowboarders, and those just starting. Not sure what the point of huge features are… Fuck vail smoke weed
