IMT A140 Piling and Drilling Rig in Low Headroom Bored Pile Version
The IMT A140 is a 39 ton class rig for Bored Pile, CFA, Low Head Room, as well as a wide range of other Piling and Foundation methods.
The Low Headroom Piling technology is used when the drilling contractor is required to drill large diameter piles in restricted access jobsites.
IMT A140 - 40 ton class rig in low headroom configuration is the preferred brand of drilling and piling rigs for transmission towers foundation drilling, especially for remote locations.
IMT Drilling rigs are most simple hydraulic drilling and piling rigs, that don't rely on heavy use of electronic components. Therefore, improving reliability and significantly decreasing downtime.
Thanks to the IMT Multi-lock kelly bars and rotary head inner drives, the operator has the ability to apply crowd force on the tool as soon as the auger is back in the hole, without having to go through the friction parts of the kelly.
