Sounds like a great solution for business and also to he end user experience.

From experience I’ve never had an issue with a chargers software causing my charge to fail, all issues were related to the hardware being poorly maintained or damaged. Will be interesting to see how their chargers last.
I’m not a fan of their simple app UI, it works well with their own chargers but if they’re trying to make it an all in a one solution it won’t be great.
if I have €30 credit and I want to charge at Ionity with a 58kWh car, it tells me I need €60 because I’ll use 70kWh, if I try and adjust it to less than 70kWh (e.g 10 which is all I need) it just says the charger only supports continuous charging which is fine, but it should be continuous until my balance is gone (or I stop the charge) without forcing me to add another €30 to my app so I can charge for 10 minutes to get home 🤷‍♂️
But queuing and reserving are great to have, if they can be implemented for all chargers!

Thanks for the comment Richard. They don't have their own chargers so interested to hear what you mane by "their own chargers".
Sounds like that IONIQ 5 use case is something they should work on.

@@NevoEVReviewIreland exactly, I mean the chargers on their network, if they don't maintain the chargers but have an aim to reduce the number of failed charges through software I fail to see how they can fix this... do they hold the charger operators to SLAs to ensure charger downtime is minimal?
