Finally , this method works.
there’s a 6 gas pedal and a turn the wheel all the way right and all the way left.. couple other methods but this video finally worked for me! Thanks

Press Start Stop (no gas pedal)
immediately press gas pedal 3 times
press start stop to turn off
restart car
