Janet Jackson is my # 1. Beyonce is my # 2. Why must SOME Janet stans keep bringing up Beyonce and downplaying her talent and success? Like stfu and focus on JANET! She is JANET JACKSON! No need to downplay any artist to up Janet! Idc what the BEYHIVE said, cause both stan bases have some dumb people in them, who keeps comparing and tearing these great women down. Just stop. cause yall come off real bitter.
People that went to this tour back in 1990 Tour are the luckiest people!! I wish I went?! I was out in the boonies where there were NO concerts to go to!! Sucks!! So then I’ve have to relocate to a city of my choice!! Minneapolis MN!! OMG!! What great shows I’ve been to since!!
J'adore cette partie de la tournée mais pour moi ce n'est pas la meilleure tournée de janet. Je pense que ma tournée préférée chez janet c'est entre le "Velvet rope tour" et le " Rock with u tour" qui est d'accord avec moi
Most, if not all touring artist are pre recorded to a certain extent, especially ones who dance. They then sing live in person, although the pre recorded track is played louder to mask imperfections and heavy breathing.
@@LeeDfined Thank you. They are all human. Even MJ had pre-recorded vocals while on tour. They have to sing and dance almost daily. Have a seat Mat Rix.
@@dky_1353 Michael didn’t rely on pre recorded vocals until late 1988 while on tour, every tour up until the bad tour he performed 100% live vocals(it wasn’t until the European leg late 88 where he began performing lip syncing for a few songs with most of it live) he didn’t even really begin doing so until 1992 with half the songs lip and half live and sadly the history tour most lip sync) all his Jacksons tours up until bad tours 1987 and US leg 1988 were performed live vocals completely
Why was this tour never released? Nothing about this works for me: boots; hair; set. Even back then, I thought this show was strange, in that many elements didn't work together. POerhaps that's why she never released it. It just wasn't great.
Im with you bro...of all Janet tours this was my least favorite. Rhythm Nation amd Velvet Rope are ties. State of The World Next. Up Close and Personal. Rockwitchu. Those are the tours that stood out to me. Rockwitchu was the only one I attended.

Janet jackson is the best female entertainer in the world
One of The best performers I've ever seen live!!!
The best Rhythm Nation live arrangement ending/sampling of SLY’s “ThankYou”...
Too funky for me..yes!
Lovin this since 1996
Miss Janet outshines everyone. I've been a fan for 30 years. The dancing, the music...she is simply the best.
The Queen never disappoints!
I love the LEAN @ the 4:25 mark, during the Dance Break! Man... I Thank God that I was born to witness your Greatness, Janet!
By far the greatest female dancer of the century, oh and she sounds better live
not %100 live vocals.
but she really never does %100 live vocals to this song EVER. Still her live vocals on this hAve only gotten better with time
she sounded great. she doesn't need that backing track. idk y she does that!
Rocky she always sings live

YOUNG BRODIE yess
Janet Jackson a legend Beyoncè a icon
Sea food
THANK U
@Lovely Butterfly Yeah I yawn at Beyoncè sometimes to.
Yes!😊
she is singing live over the track in the intro . Finally a time she didn't fake it . decent.
Damn, for those who underestimated Janet’s singing and range live, check out 2:14-2:19 😜❤️
Or better still listen to her acapella rendition of "I Get Lonely" on the Rosie O'Donnell show. Breath-taking vocal delivery by the Queen.
I also note she isn't miming the intro she is singing over the track . Can hear it here. Only time I ever have actually.
Love this rhythm Nation look compared to the 1990 tour look.
We need more more more

This tour is the Janet tour which was around 93-95, your referring to her first tour the rhythm nation tour in 1990
Very appropriate for these times..
I don't know why people keep talking about Beyoncé. Both are talented. Just enjoy Janet and stop comparing.
Awesome
Peace to the gods and the one nation crew worldwide
3:17..that band is too damn funky...
Not my favorite Janet s tour but that specific moment of the show was brillant in every aspect (production & best choreography)
