What is the difference between this game and the original The Emissary (using a standard deck of cards?)
I have never played "The Emissary" so it's really hard to say, but I think there is more fun stuff here, like special abilities of your allies, additional scenario booklet. In terms of visuals you have cute artwork, durable PVC cards.
how is this game compared to regicide?
I have not played Regicide. But from what I read about it, For Northwood seems more varied and interesting
