I prepared pinapple gojju as u did, but not tasty as u would do. Always preparing kootu for Chappathi is boring, so I thought to prepare variety of gojjus. Unfortunately I am't able to prepare good. I have heard in Karnataka type for grinding they use for grinding Coconut, Sasve, Harshna podi, kothamari soppu, Dry red Chillies (Bedige + normal menasinkai ) total 4 Nos. Then I forgot, may be Urugadle, but again Urugadle we don't use. So what can be used instead of Urugadle? Pls reply whether my grinding items or correct. Thank u
