    FILM DESCRIPTION:
Jordan is a take-no-prisoners tech mogul who torments her long-suffering assistant, April, and the rest of her employees on a daily basis. She soon faces an unexpected threat to her personal life and career when she magically transforms into a 13-year-old version of herself right before a do-or-die presentation. Jordan will now need to rely on April more than ever -- if April is willing to stop treating Jordan like a 13-year-old child who has an attitude problem.

Doylist explanation (the reason why the writers made that choice): the plotline would have been wrapped up too soon.
Watsonian explanation (the stuff in the story that makes this scene plausible): Jordan is dealing with it the way she’s accustomed to dealing with people coming for her in the adult world.

Oh I'm afro too and my classmates and friends used to stick pens in my hair quite often. This can't be real, I can feel when somebody is trying to put pens in my hair, like everytime. The only way for a pen to get stuck in my hair like that is only if I allow it or someone did it quickly but I always notice it. Is impossible for her to have all those pens in her hair (those are pens right?) without her knowledge. Our head is sensitive since is easy for our hair to get pulled. (Sorry for the bad English)

My little is insanely beautiful because she is mixed race (Asian, Black and Icelandic) and when she went on her first day at school in England she was bullied because she didn't fit with anyone, she has brown skin, blue eyes and asian features and hair, she is a DNA masterpiece but kids are cruel. When i picked her up she told me that people weren't very nice to her and called her names, and called her parents names (I'll get to that later). I asked her what the adults did to protect her and she said they did nothing.
I took my angel back to school and told her to wait in the hall because i didn't want her to know what was about to happen.
I knocked at the dean's office's door, didn't wait for an "enter" and introduced myself, and explained the situation.
I told her that this was the first and last time this ever happened and that from tomorrow i expected my daughter to be treated with the utmost respect by everyone and that for this to happen i wanted the dean and every adult working at school to make sure that this happened.
And before leaving i let the dean know that not only would i be in the school all day the following day to make sure what i asked was being taken into consideration but that tonight i was going to ask my daughter who bullied her and that i was going to send an email to the dean with the list of those students who bullied her and that tomorrow after school my lawyer was going to join me and that i wanted the parents of the list of student i was going to send her an email of, to be present so we can discuss the situation.
Then i reminded the dean that this was a very expensive private school and that if they didn't meet my request i was going to call every newspaper in the country to write an article on racism and discrimination. I reminded the dean that i was married to another man and that the mother of my child was LGBT as well and was going to be present after school along with my husband to discuss all of this in detail, and that a law suit for discrimination on the base of racism and anti-LGBT behaviour would go national in less than a week and that i would have the school shut down.
The next day i was there at 8am with my daughter's biological mother, an hour before my husband dropped our daughter and during this hour my daughter's mother who had brought her lawyer went to the dean's office and told her that this was either going to be the day which makes or breaks her career but that by the time everybody went home that day, we were either all going to be sleeping better or we were going to court and she would not have one more night of proper sleep until she had destroyed that school.
Our daughter arrived, the school has no uniforms, so my husband who is her biological father and also Japanese and Icelandic, dressed her in a gorgeous silk Kimono made of African Fabric and with an Obi belt made of Icelandic Tartan, and did her hair in the traditional way and told her to be more proud than ever because this day was going to be the funniest in her life.
We waited for the first person to diss her hair or outfit and then we videoed everything and took all the names and waited for the teachers and adults' reaction telling them that they were on camera and that this was their job to stop bullying. Then we introduced ourselves to the kids, my husband and myself as her fathers and the lady with us as her mother and waited for the kid's reactions and the teachers and dean's reactions. We explained that my husband and myself were married and that there was nothing wrong or weird with that. We explained the unusual features of our gorgeous daughter because of the ethnicity of her biological parents, (my husband has also blue eyes but looks 100% Japanese, and the mother is American from New Orleans living in the UK and is a phenomenally stunning Creole beauty). We explained our profession, my husband and I are bother veterinarian, i a, wildlife he is pets, and both ethologist, and our daughter's mother works for the American Embassy and is in charge of Visas from and for the UK with a background in international law.
Then we left our daughter in the classroom and told the teachers this camera was going to be sitting on that recorder was going to stay on all day to record everything happening to our daughter and that i was going to be right outside the school making sure everything is fine and waiting for any complain from my daughter to her teachers, complains i wanted to be made aware by telephone within the following 15 minutes.
At lunch i reminded the Dean that i was expecting the bullies parents before i pay them a visit myself with the police.
The end of the day came, our daughter went back home with her babysitter and my husband, my daughter's mother and myself along with two lawyers were right in front of the dean's office waiting for the partents to arrive. They finally did, except for one, the worst of them, so we specified the dean that we would be at that person's house right after this meeting with the police and then expected this kid to be expelled from school if their parents didn't apologize to my daughter and me.
I gave the parents a list of what their kids had told to my daughter and about us , her parents, and asked them what they were going to do about it. My lawyer explained that if this happened again we would also demand the kids to be removed from the school and would go extremely public about those kids' attitude on all social media and with the school board.
They promised to watch their kids, to which i told them that this is not about watching them, this is about educating themselves because kids are only a mirror of they parents and to also monitor everything they are granted access to and keep an eye on their education outside school.
My husband and our daughter's mother who are far less kind than me, told the parents and the dean that THEY suffered discrimination as children for being mixed race for being crown or yellow for being LGBT and that this was NEVER going tio happen to their kid and that if any of their children was to EVER make our daughter feel uncomfortable ever again because of her mixed ethnicity and the sexual orientation of her parents and their skin colour, they would not just ask the kids to be expelled, they would visit the parents personally at work and expose them , and expose them on all social media with the adults' full names and addresses, that they would talk to their neighbours and would file so many law suit against them that they would not even be able to go to work, and that their entire weekends would be spend in a court of law, and that they would receive more subpoenas in their mailbox than any other mail.
Then they turned to the dean and told her to multiply this by 10 to begin to imagine what they would do to her and her school and the teachers working in it.
Then we left after our lawyers gave a few documents to the parents and dean to read and return, to make sure they understood everything that had happened during that meeting.
Our daughter never spent another bad day at school. but the dean was replaced, along with one teacher and three kids found another school to go to.
Today our daughter is 18 and a med school student and she is the very definition of confidence and kindness. She loves what she is and where she comes from, and i pity anyone who ever bothers her. Because she doesn't need us anymore.

Still don't get why they want to be popular and on good terms with the "mean" kids if they're being laughed at and bullied by them...? :D That'd be one hell of a toxic relationship.
Also, 1:59, this actually made me smile lol ❤️ haven't done that in quite some time
