Legendary Lilina has been my goat since her launch and has only gotten better over time. I was able to get the best kit for her on this hall of forms so I’m really excited to forma her.
I had speculated that they would start putting Duos and Harmonics into Hall of Forms this rotation, since they have to keep upping the ante in order to tempt people to use Forma Souls and by Forma Soul packs as eligible Legendaries and Mythics start to get a little thinner on the ground. It’s later than I thought they’d start, but I’m pleased to see that I was correct, and Duo Idunn is definitely a good note to start on. Regarding upcoming months, specifically next month, we know that Halloween Hector will not be in the Blazing Blade Hall of Forms. He is currently a focus unit on an active banner, and there is no mention of a November rerun in the banner notifications. However, what that does mean is that we could potentially see Ninja Lyn in the Blazing Blade Hall of Forms. Going forward, I’d recommend everyone build the units they want to build, but hold off on using a Forma Soul to redeem anyone until we’ve gotten a look at what the next HOF holds.
Murdock is a free to play, so I don't see much reason to get him, but he is a good unit if you want some skills that you can't give to him because you don't have them; Legendary Fae really needs a refine because she got extremelly powercreeped in every single aspect, but more modern dragon skills and a good refine and remix could definitivaly bring her back; Duo Idunn is really outclassed by Duo Nagi and she doesn't can't get the new armor skills in the hall of forms. Also her duo skill is just fine, if you really need to nulify armor and dragon effectiviness for a single turn, it would be better if it was like Duo Askr and it wasn't once per map; Lilina is probably the safest pick, one of the best fire legendaries, gives canto to allies after using her special and is one of the best calvary mage nukes in the moment, her problem is that she is too slow to double and her attack stat isn't that high, since unlike Veronica and Kvasir, she has good res, but she really doesn't need it if she is supposed to fist do damage with her aoe, kill the enemy and get out of enemy range with her canto 1, unique among other ranged nukes that can only move the number of spaces they hadn't moved before attacking. I'd say that this hall of forms really doesn't have a clear winner, the only way to know will be looking back when Fae gets her refine
I think Legendary Fae needs to have -1 max special cooldown on weapon refine so it combos well with Dragon's Scales (b-skill) & Time's pulse (c-skill/x-skill), as well as Marth engage ring (another -1 special max cooldown). What i'm saying is the miracle special is unfortunately underwhelming rn and instead being able to trigger Dragon Roar special as guaranteed damage reduction is worth much more in my opinion especially with her bad defensive stats. Unless... they go another route and give Legendary Fae a double-hit effect where she can damage twice before the enemy can counterattack, in which she can bypass her lack of defences by K.O(ing) the enemy first.
Thinking about it, Legendary Fae also lacks the healing? or is that just me being used to the newer units? Lacking recovery to make use of her unique special seems unfortunately weak.
Definitely have been looking forward to this since Lilina was on the hero tracker for this HoF. Building her for sure. If I get the build I want, I will probably move on to Murdock.
I love Lilina, she’s already build out and is an A+++ unit, so she just here to smite the armored units around, feh with endless tempest is kinda cool. Also did you see there’s a new tome for my halllowween Nowi ! 👻
I won't hold my breath for Duo Hector next month, but I'm definitely getting Lilina. Idunn would be cool but I don't have the Souls for her, and I'm glad we didn't get Dorothy since that would've been another Soul to spend.
Sad that we cant get Shield Fighter yet or the new Dragon Scales/Twin Saves. I'm most likely just going for LFae or LLilina here to modernize their kits.
LILINAAAAA 😋 And L!Fae too haha For Lilina, I have a Valentine's Lyon I have been preparing JUST for her LMAO, but if I can't find Breath of Life 4, I'll just try to get Incite Atk/Res from there and use Lyon elsewhere. I might nab Fae, but I will wait until November to be sure; I want to upgrade L!Eliwood, who might get announced to be jumping like Lilina did at the end of the month, and L!Ninian feels like a certainty at this moment (even more so if L!Eliwood gets jumped, purely out of the whole "devs' desired date" thing)

Ninja Lyn being available would be amazing. With her refine due next year (hopefully in the first half) she would be such a fantastic pick-up!

Ive got 4 forma souls. I've built Legendary Roy and now he will have a Forma Legendary Lilina to support ❤
I'm picking two from either Murdock, Leg Fae or Duo Idunn. Hopefully RNG on my side. Sometimes rerolling forma skills is a pain

Was highly anticipating L!Lilina to appear. She's my favorite FE6 character and one of my highest merged legendaries so I may forma her for the merge.
