just to add another side to the conversation, i change around my icons and widgets every month or two on my phone and ipads so people very much do this! these look great!
I purchased your pack about a year ago. Was able to use the clear gradient icons and change the background colors. Went back and watched your older video on how to do that. Seems lime i cant do that anymore either the updated shortcuts app. Am I missing something.
Ah yes - please redownload the pack on lemon squeezy with your original link or email notion@bettercreating.com to get it if you can’t find it. We have since added folders of the gradient options now that Apple have removed transparency. You can get the same look with those. :)
Yes - there will be no badge notifications on the Icons you add - they are links to the shortcut you built not to the apps so will not show notifications - this is kind of the idea from my perspective to avoid the distraction / stress of they - there is no option in Apple to change apps and keep icons other than the customisation options I show at top of video :)
When I go into IMPORT in Widgy and go to the folder with the widgy templates you made… they’re all greyed out… I can get any further. They don’t look like Widgy files.

I have a question about your string desk. I have the same desk but mine has a piece you mount on top of the desk table to lock it and make sure it don't tilt. I see that you don't use that pice but I wonder how your desk do not tilt without it?
Hey hey - ah yes - I placed the second part underneath to counter support it and mounted a monitor arm on it that also helps hold it in place. Was the only way to do it. Now I have removed the monitor arm I’m back to standard! :)
Hey! I love this design - I bought the minimal design pack but my icons don't look like raised buttons like yours, they're missing that shadow effect, was that in an older pack? Also, Widgy doesn't appear to recognise your files, they're greyed out. Not sure if it's a Widgy problem or an issue with your files? Thanks!
Ah - I think if you have the Minimal design Icon pack - the widgy templates could be shared as a QR code - double check in your browser - and if so: you can scan these instead of loading them - we will work on updating to files in line with this tutorial :) Yes - the pack with the raised design is the Physical Buttons Pack - you have downloaded the other pack that has darl/light / gradient and colour options - just not the physical buttons design :)

Great job! I bought the pack and I love the style. I have set up my new screen. However, there are a lot of apps that I use that are not covered in the pack. I appreciate that you have included some generic ones that I can use as a sort of stand in. I was curious though, if it might be possible to have like a blank version that I could try to use to create my own inside of Adobe Illustrator for some of the apps that are not in the pack? Would this be a possibility?
If you downloaded the Minimal Icon Pack - they are templates for Widgy shared as QR code images, if you downloaded the Physical Butttons Pack - they are shared as Widgy App Widgets. See tutorial at end of the video for details and make sure to download all folders on the download. :)

How did you remove the dock on the white wallpaper on mine the dock is showing grey ?
Ah - you need the grey to light grey gradient wallpaper if you want to use that :) it's in the wallpaper / backgrounds folder :)
