It was a fantastic card to close out the show. It was a sneaky good card because originally we had Nunes ca Anderson but it was nice to get Deveison vs Moreno and Holland vs Souza instead. It worked out way better.

They had Jose Aldo, ranked far lower in the Bantamweight division, fight Petr Yan for the title. I think Tony should be considered for one title fight, but after this performance, it'll be hard to make a case for him since he was already ruled out of title/#1 contender talks as no media threw any light on him. But I see him getting a shot if there's a new Champ in the division who hasn't fought Tony yet and would call him out to test himself against the boogeyman of the lightweight division just like Adesanya calls out his opponents.

It wasn't close but if Tony Ferguson is to lose you'd think its being out struck by a good counter striker which Justin happened to be that night. Being ragdolled by a guy Paul Felder once ragdolled is a little more shocking especially when Tony thrives in wrestling situation's. He really isn't this great on the back submission artist its just he took advantage of Kevin Lee that one time. Where he thrives is wrestling situations and scrambles which is where he gets the majority of his submissions. Oliveira was dominating in those positions and usually Oliveira's wrestling is a weak point compared to his great striking and Jiu Jitsu.
I think if we're being completely honest and serious about the olivera situation there is absolutely no way he is getting Conor McGregor If he wins against Dustin next month. They had Jose Aldo, ranked far lower in the Bantamweight division, fight Petr Yan for the title. I think Tony should be considered for one title fight, but after this performance, it'll be hard to make a case for him since he was already ruled out of title/#1 contender talks as no media threw any light on him. But I see him getting a shot if there's a new Champ in the division who hasn't fought Tony yet and would call him out to test himself against the boogeyman of the lightweight division just like Adesanya calls out his opponents.

I had charles olivera by decision figgy by decision and jason herzog taking that point made me lose 3500. But Jason Herzog is a great ref and did a wonderful job
Gona get hate but thought it for a while now. Charles Oliveira is the only guy who could pose a challenge for khabib on the ground and combine that with his improved striking, he's definately in with a good chance of winning.
IMO I don't think there should ever be a draw. Each judge should pick a winner if his scorecard is a draw.

I had Moreno winning rds 2, 3, 4, either way great fight and super competitive. Would like to see moreno utilize a bit more low kicks and also that body head combo that he was seeing success with but for some reason stopped throwing.
Figgy has had some blatant fouls lately. Headbut against Joey B, grabbed the cage twice against Perez. Then the eye poke and nut shot against Moreno.
The only reason anyone is saying it was hard to score is because they are too lazy to add up theor scorecards with a 9-9 round and its honestly pretty hilariousssss

What's the difference between Justin , Charles and Tony. Leadership from the coaching box. Tony fought Justin and Trevor and he fought against Charles and Diego( although Diego didn't make trip due to Covid). So Tony has no elite game plan and will lose to Dan Hooker if he fights him.

It wasn't close but if Tony Ferguson is to lose you'd think its being out struck by a good counter striker which Justin happened to be that night. Being ragdolled by a guy Paul Felder once ragdolled is a little more shocking especially when Tony thrives in wrestling situation's. He really isn't this great on the back submission artist its just he took advantage of Kevin Lee that one time. Where he thrives is wrestling situations and scrambles which is where he gets the majority of his submissions. Oliveira was dominating in those positions and usually Oliveira's wrestling is a weak point compared to his great striking and Jiu Jitsu.

I think if we're being completely honest and serious about the olivera situation there is absolutely no way he is getting Conor McGregor If he wins against Dustin next month. There is way too many other big fights you are making with Conor and unfortunately as good as olivera was tonight he is not a name or on the level as a draw like Nate Diaz or Jorge masvidal.
