Good training. Not sure if you have the same issue but with your front Delt if it's tendinitis then I highly recommend bands before and after training activating your rear Delts and with any upper body training you do make sure to get in some rear delt training also and stretching and that should take care of your tendonitis
I reckon there will be a huge squat event in the 2025 WSM finals, then following this, and off the back of the 2025 Arnolds events release, the 2026 Arnolds will have a max SSB squat...Luke wins both WSM and Arnold
Yep, Mike says 5-30 reps. Seems weird nowadays that more people train like bodybuilders at times, even strongmen. I’ve gone more too. Mainly after getting old and knackered, but definitely influenced by Mike etc. I predict a BSM win and a WSM podium. FYI. 💥 Edit: that prediction is for Luke, not me. 😊

I train one day on one day off mate so always have a day of recovery between training, so not the conventional weekly split most others do
