Fighting Game Bosses 155. En-Eins Perfektewelt - Valkyria boss battle

Valkyria is a tricky boss to fight. She doesn't need any meter to use her supers, so trying to push on the offensive will quickly earn you a super to the face. The best way to do this is to stay on the defensive, using throws when she's close to you. When she uses her supers, time it right and just spam Parry. That way, you won't sustain any damage or get guard-crushed.

Thinking back to it, Valkyria's brand of "Infinite Super Meter" was actually pretty balanced, She was frequent enough with her supers that it made it easy to see them coming and parry them, and if you parry them, you yourself essentially also have infinite super meter from all that parrying you do.

no doubt she is tougher than the final boss from last game Murakumo

I'd say she's easier than Murakumo, because you can negate her strongest attacks simpy by parry spamming.

@@KuroNoTenno thanks for that. huh then i wonder who was the arcade boss for the first game then? haven't found any footage of Akatsuki Shisei Ichigou though seen plenty of satisfying footage for the two sequels.

@@KuroNoTenno I am sorry for not explaining it well enough, Akatsuki Shisei Ichigou was the first release of the series. I was just looking around for any info or footage of this game. Its canonically the first game after all is things about it are more obscured than its sequels

Just fought this one. I can’t remember a boss who can kill you this quickly with just chip damage before. Her super spam is practically Igniz levels.

I just did this fight with Fritz. Hardest thing ever.

Not as the hardest thing as fighting her with Kanae or Marilyn.

If tempelritter looks easy then i guess that's make sense why they buff her. Sadly you can't play as Valkyria since she is a paletteswap of Tempelritter.

Well you can't play Valkyria for the same reason you can't usually play Shin Akuma
