Hi, new subscriber here. Really love these tassels! I just wanted to send a little encouragement your way! These are really beautiful, as well as some other things you have made and wanted to encourage you to maybe put them in your etsy shops. You are really creative and I know the Lord can use us to encourage and bless each other in big and small ways too! God bless!
Aww thank you for the kind words. I do sell my creations via social media, mostly Facebook. I currently have several journals, gift sets and some pre-made ephemera bundles available for $5 -20. I would love to connect with you there I share a lot of behind the scenes, WIP, etc. My page is facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564726002272&mibextid=kFxxJD
Double knot pulled very tight. To slow the speed down you can click the ⚙️ in the lower right corner and select playback speed to slow it down. Thanks for watching
@@111cosmogirl I sped up the basic part of making a tassel since there was a time requirement and I wanted to focus on the beading part. This is not the usual style but was necessary for this project. All knots are basic square knots (I do explain this during the video)except the beginning loop the fibers are laid over which is a slip knot - take one end of the loop and pass through the other end then pull tight, wrap a time or two around all the pieces again and repeat the slip knot.
The Big loop is just knotting the ends of a string together so it creates a loop. You hold the ends of a 12" string together and make a knot close to the ends. Lay that loop down and lay all the strips across it so the knot is on one side and the loop the other. Then when they are all laid down take the knot over the top and put it through the loop catching all the ribbons in between and pull tight. Wrap it a couple more times then tuck the knot under one wrap and pull tight again. That makes it secure and gives you a hanging loop.
Thank you for the comment, being a light of Christ in this dark world is important to me. I'm sorry the audio was unclear, this is an older video from before I had a microphone. The sound quality is better in more recent ones.

Pretty selection of lace and beads 😍
Thank you 🌷
Love it! The variety of colors and the beads, totally my style.
Thank you
Can you please please let us know where you got the beads from not just the pearls but the other bigger ones that you were using thank you so much❤
Panda Hall Select, the video is a product demonstration. Here is a link selected.pandahall.com
Awesome project ❤
Thank you
This is so lovely! But it went so fast as you were securing the middle - I was wondering if you just tied a double knot? Maybe a triple?
Are you able to find the Playback Speed icon on your device to change speed settings?

I agree video was way too fast for comfort, especially at the crucial points

Very pretty ❤
Thank you
I didn't see how you attached the middle one of all the ribbons, meaning the first you show, I don't know how you made the first big loop. :(

Do you sell your tassels?
Yes I do. I'm sorry I only just saw this my comments have not been showing recently.
I love your Christian personality, but I can not understand what you are saying. 😢 Talking too fast and the sound is not clear, very muffled.
