I put them on tabs on page edges, hang them from alligator clips or paperclip, clip them to fibers on tags, use to close glassine or paper bags, dangle from a tie closure, pin directly in a page edge, dangle from a cluster, dangle off a tab on a journal card... ❤️

The Big loop is just knotting the ends of a string together so it creates a loop. You hold the ends of a 12" string together and make a knot close to the ends. Lay that loop down and lay all the strips across it so the knot is on one side and the loop the other. Then when they are all laid down take the knot over the top and put it through the loop catching all the ribbons in between and pull tight. Wrap it a couple more times then tuck the knot under one wrap and pull tight again. That makes it secure and gives you a hanging loop.

@@ilakaiser3778 exactly. I actually got my Cricut mats off Amazon before I bought a Cricut to use for holding paintings in place. 😁 It was probably a year before I got the Cricut. It's all about finding ways to make crafting more enjoyable and productive and using what we have.

Yes they can be. I have taken and filled them with Glossy Accents before. It's especially pretty to accent the design with gold before filling.

I occasionally use it on the edges just using the stamp pad as I would an ink dauber before spreading glue on them, the glue will spread the ink a bit.

I bake at 350* for maybe 5-15 minutes depending on how many papers and how crispy I want them. If it's just one or 2 pages I sometimes bake it at 170* if I want the color to stay light or the paper to not be crunchy. But it takes longer.

It gives a much softer sable color. I use both but don't have as much tea leftovers😄.

Are you able to find the Playback Speed icon on your device to change speed settings?

Double knot pulled very tight. To slow the speed down you can click the ⚙️ in the lower right corner and select playback speed to slow it down. Thanks for watching

I agree video was way too fast for comfort, especially at the crucial points

​@@111cosmogirl I sped up the basic part of making a tassel since there was a time requirement and I wanted to focus on the beading part. This is not the usual style but was necessary for this project. All knots are basic square knots (I do explain this during the video)except the beginning loop the fibers are laid over which is a slip knot - take one end of the loop and pass through the other end then pull tight, wrap a time or two around all the pieces again and repeat the slip knot.

I have seen some very nice ergonomic diamond painting tools that look like that would make it much easier to do. Might be worth trying a small project to see what you think.
