    Ok so I just took my first trip back to the gym in years!! I’ve got 4 kids and I’m ready to put in the work for momma to be happy!!
    But dude I cracked tf UP when you went on about how we are all narcissists and just what you said literally had me cracking the fuck up!! Just found yall & gonna keep listening. Do yall ever listen to mind pump fitness??

    Yes I have 4 kids, 2 under 2 and I go to the gym 6days a week. Every morning is part of our morning routine, my gym has a kids day care so they’re having fun in there while I’m working out 😊. Sometimes I feel like I am at the top of the world and I got everything under control but some days I feel like everything is falling apart lol but definitely the gym is part of our morning routine

    Loved this epsiode. Im a stay at home mother of two boys. i work on weekends while also homeschooling one of kids. I workout at home at the moment and try and get it done before they wake up. My youngest now copies me when i practice my posing 😂

    As a single mum with insomnia I definitely couldn't get to a gym when my son was young, it sucked. If I ever have another child I'm worried my gym schedules guna be so ruined. But ohwell priorities lol and now I have some at home weights.

    Okay babes so I’m a mom and entrepreneur I own a small business as an esthetician facials brows etc. Anyway off track, I work 4:30-6:30 for work then gym after 7pm. My rest days just vary only 1-2 days never 3 days. Then my schedule flips I go in the morning and then work after. There’s time you just need to want it bad enough. 🙌🏼

    Im about to start my 4th week of 4 day on 3 day off full body workouts and im just gonna keep going. I need to lose 40ish pounds. Eating mostly protein, veggies and berries. I dunno what ita called but trying not to be on "diet." Thanks for all the info! I was sold when Julia mentioned body gua sha in one of her videos. This helps with lymphatic drainage.😁✌️💜

    Loving these videos! I've been putting together my own programs for many years amd love it! It's changed throughout the years but I favor a 4 day upper/lower split. I actually really enjoy seeing others workouts even if I dont follow them. I watch more to be inspired or motivated for my workouts. I think you two give great advice! Hope you both are having a nice day!

    Hi! I’m a night shift nurse, part-time grad student, and am prepping for my first bikini show. Also…. No kids no man, so we can have it all, we just can’t have it all at the same time ❤

    I have two kids and work a full time job. Before I had kids I worked out 5 days a week religiously. Now that I have kids I feel mom guilt. I feel like that hour I spend working out I could spend that time with them.. How can one overcome that mom guilt to get back on track ...

      Chose a gym with a kids daycare, like LA fitness, esporta or xsport. They enjoy the time the get to play & that hour or however long you are at the gym, will make such a difference in even just your overall mood that your kids will also reap the benefits ♥️ it’s not selfish. Taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for you & your kids. I’m a mom of 2, (2 & 7 & I’m 3 months pregnant & just started going back to the gym )

      Mom to mom, I’ve been there & am saying this with love: working out is not a selfish act. You are eating well & exercising & sleeping ok for your family so that they can have a healthy mom in their lives as long as possible. If you workout while they play video games or watch tv or haven’t woken up yet no harm is done & everybody wins. If u sacrifice your health & well being, nobody wins.
