Just goes to show that Hard Work is more important than having qualifications as all it does is give you knowledge on a specific topic.

the point of college is to train you in the field of your choice and gain experience at the end of their final year. The first time Miyuki said that she didn't want to work there I would have said "Fine you don't have to work here. I don't feel bad for this trio AT ALL!......................... Especially the mother. As far as I am concerned, she is the biggest perpetrator of all three. Had she not been greedy for reckless shopping, that father (Step or otherwise) would not have indulged in a serious crime as embezzling money (And that too the money of the VERY hand that pays you, no less).
Even after all that happened, she still has the gall to approach her 'rejected' daughter for a place to stay and curse her with accusations of being a "Terrible daughter" upon her refusal to do so.
