This is a GREAT song anyway, but it’s as good as it comes for Megan’s slide. It lets Rebecca show her vocal range too. In other words, this is another A+. Don’t know how you all can get much better, but I can’t wait to hear where you go next.

Breathtaking. I knew Rebecca would unleash her howling vocal at some point (about the 2 miiinutes in) and it cuts through to take the song to a new level. The extra treat is that Megan not only covers the signature tone and licks, but then she throws in great single note improv toward the end that also elevates the work, and her musicianship, to a new level. The constant steady building of the artistry of these two troubadors is remarkable and not ony enjoyable, but soothing and soulful, especially in a song that contemplates sorrow and loss like this one.
