Is this song actually drop C on the album? I think it sounds great like this, but I'm struggling to hear any low C on the studio recording. Trying to decide which way I want to learn it.

The recording can be deceptive. I know the engineer who worked on the album said that the kick drum had a tuned 808 alongside it in the key of the song so sometimes that sub is the 808. But I’ve isolated the bass with software and I’m fairly sure the low C is there. If there were no other drop C songs on the album I’d be less sure, but I’m almost 100% sure it’s in drop C. Whenever they play it live I’ll know for sure!
