Want to add my two cents to the mix of complimentary posts shared by so many here. - Yeah, the references to many prolific bands from the '80s are present, and should indeed be acknowledged. But after buying and listening to *every single thing* that NoL have put out, I think it's fair to say that they have, at this point, arrived as their own band, their own sound. - And [again] yeah, if someone asked me, "what's your favorite NoL song?" I wouldn't be able to list just one. Like so many here, I have yet to hear anything from this band that hits a wrong note or leaves me feeling a sense of questioning their intention. It's all good... and as a true audiophile of '80s music, I can say that even the bands who we all consider to be the genius pioneers of the era, fell flat every once in a while - which, of course, was their right (and they are not to be faulted for doing so) ... they were experimenting so much and literally creating new forms of music at the time. There were bound to be little failures along the way. - One could argue that because of those failures, they laid a perfect groundwork for bands like NoL to create virtually infallible music. I am a soon-to-be 59 year old fan of NoL, and am super grateful for the gifts that they have brought to the world of music in this century.
I'm 57 & it's appealing to me. I can hear the original influences, I was there at the time; but I feel like this is moving things on. More power to you musicians. Keep on Stumblin!
They’ve done it again. Incredible. How can every song they release hit all my buttons😊
This is SO good .
Good question.
Great
Talk, talk, talk!
This one hit my replay button.
fantastic inspiration Joy Division and OMD
Funny. I was thinking Joy Division meets Bauhaus or The Cult. Still... crazy good music. Every song. Wow. ❤❤❤
Best band to come along is so many years!

Sounds close to The Beta Band 😎
58 here and everything you said here, yes. Precisely. Especially the part about there not being a cut that lags (paraphrased).
Bringing my childhood back one banger after another. Damn. So. Good.
Big Joy Division's Isolation vibe
Just a bit like "Isolation" ..from JD.
definitely can hear Joy Division on first listen instantly
This band is great because it has many more influences than just JD.
sooo good. can't wait for the full LP because the singles so far have been really solid.
My fav band by far over the past year or so.. can't stop listening over and again. Can't wait till you tour Western Canada (please, please).
Every new song is fucking golden. So glad i found these guys!
Just heard the new album. This one's a banger.
I was just listening to you guys on my bike ride home from work. Thank you for another banger, the bass is fuckin badass.

another amazing song. They never miss
absolutely gorgeous and original 👏✨💛
Let me tell you in french version ! Quelle inspiration c'est bluffant ! Pop song synthétique parfaite !
Wonderful bass line!
Nice!
Loving this, playing it again & again!
I’ve been ignoring these songs, expecting them to be disappointing. This is really , really good. Sometimes being wrong can be sweeet.
Remember "Across That Fine Line".
I feel like at least 50k of the views on this track is from me alone. Fuck I miss the 80s.
Your music calms my mind .
Thank you, thank you❤
Whatever you did hear keep doing it. The Baseline the synths ... it's working
Sounds like 80's, early 90's gothic/post punk era. Love it.
Had a great feel. Humanble & metmirizing bass is the glue.
Who needs a drummer?
Another delicious track
Thank you for being you.

Lyrics?
Beta Band taste 😎👍🏻
Sounds like cliche hipster music. This isn't good, it's just trying to appeal to insecure 22 year olds.
Miserable much?
it’s me i’m an insecure (27) year old
I'm 57 & it's appealing to me. I can hear the original influences, I was there at the time; but I feel like this is moving things on. More power to you musicians. Keep on Stumblin!
Why are you listening to it if you don't like it???
Quite possibly one of the worst takes ever.
I’m obsessed more and more each day. How does it just get better and better?
