While it is true that China's economy in terms of GDP is comparably higher, its GDP per capita-or per person-is still relatively meager. Bear in mind China's preponderance in population size. Its high GDP is due to the aggregation of its colossal populace, but in proportion to each citizen, the figures lose their intensity.

How far this discussion is related to the current dicussion about health literacy - very often limited to onle some aspects without taking into consideration the complexity of capabilities messesary to stay as healthy as appropriate
I think she's referring to the right to choose. Fasting and being starved stem from similar backgrounds of not eating the biggest difference being one is a choice the other isn't. Her point is that people deserve the right to live their lives to their highest potential/ versions of themselves.

You haven't answered. It's really not wise to not read the book. TH-cam alone isn't an education.
You may learn a lot on your own from TH-cam, but it does not take the place of a college degree. It also won't matter to any future employers.

That got better as it went. The first half seemed a little to lefty libby. Also, it was weird how she connected fasting to unhealthiness.
