if there is no power fluctuation in your city then no need any stabilizer but if you are not sure about power fluctuation then install individual stabilizer with your ac.. voltage range not that much matters .. safety features matters like auto cut off, time delay, overload protection and all those features available in individual stabilizers...

My room is 120 sq ft. Celling is exposed to direct sunlight. Should i buy 1.5 ton? Or 1 ton will be enough?
Your room is eligible for 1 ton and 1.5 ton both.. if you choose 1 ton then you have to consider Non Inverter ac... because your room is exposed by sunlight and if you want to consider inverter ac then you have to choose 1.5 ton ac.. extra cooling capacity of 1.5 ton ac will compromised sunlight heat from your room...
