I still remember watching my friend playing Call of Duty on his Xbox 360, years later my younger brother got a Wii and I got a DS Lite, one of the first games we wanted to play was Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, as much as the graphics were not the same I had a lot of fun with COD MW3 on my brother's Wii, I think maybe it was one of the Wii games I played the most Online. I tried to play the DS version as well, but unfortunately it was a totally different game and I didn't like it that much. (I even played some online matches, but nah... ) Today as an adult I can see how impressive the port of the Wii was, Modern Warfare 3 was one of the most beautiful games at the time on the PS3 and Xbox 360 and its minimum requirement on the PC was 3x greater than the Wii hardware itself, even so, they managed to put the entire game on the Wii and still add updates, voice chat and the option to add a friend without needing the friend code directly via Nick/ID (I think it's the only Wii online game that actually does this ) the version for DS also has its merits, from what I've seen it's the only online DS game that allows 8 people to play at the same time in a single match, most DS games and even Mario Kart had a limit of only 4 people. It's a shame they didn't try to do something like this again on the Switch, I still don't understand why, even the Wii U got two Call of Duty games.

Modern Warfare is relatively the same only a lack of main characters. Black Ops is an alternate story but you do hear Mason's name many times throughout the game.

I don't know if i'm the only one but i think the french dub of cod black ops 1 and 2 is better than the english dub ( in the english version they all look dead when they talk ) Tell me please i am not the only one to think this
The DS version was so bad, even GBA had better looking 3D games (like james bond nightfire) probably just a quick cashgrab to have a DS version, but the Wii version is almost fine, i don't know why they skipped the PSP with COD games.
As an old gamer I always heard how pc gaming was better than ps3/xbox360. I never realized it until ps4 came around; BUT WOW I am playing on a 2018 gaming laptop and just recently I am playing these old titles and I am amazed. I always knew 4k gaming belonged to PC but it definitely comes at an absolute premium. I.E. gaming rig, monitor/HDTV ETC

I have this game on the DS, Wii and Xbox360. I enjoy playing this game on all of these consoles.
