I have one 1950's knit and it's one of my most precious vintage items. It has lots of pearl embroidery and it's so gorgeus. One time a thread broke and some of the pearls fell on the floor and my boyfriend and I searched them for half an hour 😂. We found all except one. They are made of glass and so tiny, I thought I had lost all of them 😅.
Seeing how good you look in your turtlenecks had already got me searching through Etsy this month! I absolutely love older pieces with a zipper at the neck, it's such a lovely detail. I can't believe you only paid $18 for that suit, what an amazing steal!! 🤯
You are absolutely beautiful in all of these outfits, your make up and hair is immaculate, I really enjoy your softly spoken voice, and all told your videos are a complete delight for the vintage lover, so thank you very very much for sharing.❤
Sorry. The reason I say that is my mother had an identical dress as your black one. Also, the large pockets on side are very typical of 1970's. My mum wore her dress with over the knee platform suede black boots!
Do you wear your clip ons all day, and do you maybe have some tips? I have a pair of vintage clip on earrings, but no matter what I do, my ears always hurt after a few hours and get really red! 🙁
Some if mine are more comfortable than others, this pair in particular. There are raring backs you can try but I know what you mean it’s no fun when they start to hurt. Here’s a video showing how to convert to clip on to pierced if that’s better for you. You could probably have a jeweler do the change as well. www.google.com/search?q=can+you+make+clip+on+earrings+into+pierced&rlz=1CDGOYI_enUS631US631&oq=can+you+make+clip+on&aqs=chrome.1.69i57j0i512j0i22i30l7j0i390l3.6188j0j4&hl=en-US&sourceid=chrome-mobile&ie=UTF-8#kpvalbx=_bhSAY42kPPKGwbkPnsKp0Ak_30
I wear clip on earrings all day, and almost every day. Here are my best tips: use blister plasters to cover the backs of the earrings if you are allergic to the metal as I am, you just cut a little piece of the plaster to shape, and get silicon covers for the clip part of the earring, then if the earring is too tight, there are a couple of videos on TH-cam showing you how to loosen off the clip which is quite simple to do. Enjoy your clip ons!.❤
That style of shoes is known as 'a kitten heel", both then and now! The term "pump" is very misleading. For instance pump means running shoes to me! A shoes with higher heel is a "court" shoe. Your pink sweater and skirt set is absolutely gorgeous however, the correct term is rhinestone. You definitely do not want to be referring to your buttons as "fake diamonds." Doesn't do your lovely cardigan justice!

Turtlenecks are great! So chic and yes $18 was a steel!
Lovely.
I adore fashions such as you modeled for us.
Many thanks for sharing.
So beautiful, I love every piece!
Thank you!

Very cool. Like you stepped out of a 50s movie. And very pretty.
Thank you!

I love your videos, can you try making a vintage flight attendant hairstyle?
That’s a great idea! Maybe I could work it into a professional series for vintage gals in the work place 💕
@@mrstdupuy yes I’m a flight attendant and I found you looking for french twists but id love more hairstyles!
