Thats why kids sleep more in proportion. They have more to construct. And they have a more accelerated metabolism when active.

Insightful, hugely important. However I suggest Walker discern stage hypnotism from clinical hypnosis. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, guided meditation of a sort. There is a bounty of anecdotal and empirical data on clinical hypnosis.
Further, on a somewhat related note, not everything measurable is meaningful. And the converse IMHO

I tried Hypnosis once, with an strong but open mind, and I wasn’t impressed, I noticed nothing but my eyes being deliberately closed , it did nothing for me and I’m the type that will do psychedelics like DMT LSD and Shrooms and daily Cannabis

Hypnosis is not an event, but a process.

Most people have overblown expectations from hypnosis. In hypnosis/trance you're not unaware of what happens or something, you're just in a state of focus and relaxation at the same time. Too much relaxation and too little focus and you'll just fall asleep. It's hard to hit the sweet spot.

My opinion is nothing. But i have always thought that in the day you are active and dynamic, so you have a metabolism that demands from the body burning of energy to act, with some compromise of stuctures and some consumption and destruction of those structures at a micro level . At night is time to restore, so you have a metabolism of construction and restauration (a protein metabolism with a calm pace - you have uninterrupted time for that. And non-interruption must be important because metabolic processes must be demanding in terms of homogeneity of fluidity regarding chemical assistance, and the correct balance will only be verified with healthy sleep - sleep depend chemical substances). This is the base. Everything else fits in here.

I'm surprised this guy doesn't know what happens during sleep. If you haven't heard yet, when a human sleeps, the brain disposes everything it doesn't need. It gets so much stimulation during every day. It gets rid of all the junk that your senses received and it doesn't necessarily need.
