Alhamdulillah, i accepted islam in 2010...I was curious to know about who God is since I was in 8th or 9th class in 2000/2001...the concept of God in my previous religion(that's mentioned here) dint asnwer many of my queries... and then eventually i started researching a bit... and came across Quran, all my queries fell in place... Everything in Quran started making sense to me... Its like being truly free from doubts and assumptions and at peace being a Muslim, Alhamdulillah

You'll see that most Muslim converts come from first-world countries, either from Christian, agnostic or atheist backgrounds. Why? Because they live in developed countries with many opportunities, have the time to do their research, and are trained to use their rational faculty. Those who converted are sincere people. There are also converts from Hindu backgrounds, but very few. In third-world countries like India, people are more concerned with their livelihood and are too busy fulfilling life necessities. Most don't have time to research or question whether their religion is true. And most importantly, logical thinking is not common there when it comes religion

Allah's "remembrance" is His favor and assistance in return for the servant's faithfulness and devotion.
If anyone is claiming that this verse suggests Allah forgets, that is a misunderstanding of the metaphorical language used in the Quran. Allah is free from any human-like imperfection, including forgetfulness, as described in Surah Taha (20:52):

if we go in context 5 33 explains the punishment of those who are sinfull and are justified because of their crimes which are to go against the God and the prophet SAW and cause corruption in land (substantiate by 5 32), however if we read the verse after which is quoted above, We see the one who repents truly from heart is cleansed of his sin and Allah Forgives him.

Alhamdulillah, I'm a revert from Bangalore, India !!!
My case was quite exceptional in nature my father's name was syed Mohammad rizwi and my mother was a revert and accepted islam as she was born in a hindu family but Allah SWT gave her guidance and she accepted it.
i will not go much into the detail however something bad happened because of which my mother and father got divorced and my mother returned back to her non family my grandparents i.e my maternal grandparents were the ones alongwith who took care of me during my childhood however there was something which i felt was missing because as mr zeeshan told in the video hindusim had various loopholes and i belonged to an educated background so that was the reason hinduism didn't made any sense during that period and that urge to find the real path increased with the passage of time and when i went to college for my education then i became 110% sure about my apprehensions and left hinduism though since my childhood i always believed that god is only one and he cannot be any avatar or diety or any idol and during that point i was unware about it before delving deep into Islam and Allah SWT and the real truth
however by the grace of Allah SWT i also came to the conclusion that hindusim is not the eternal or real religion and its scriptures cannot be the book of god especially if you talk about Ram, Krishna and all they were humans and their concept sounded absurd. Then when i enrolled for my graduation in 2013 i decided to become a theist i.e i will believe in one god only however i decided in 2013 to not follow any religion till the time i find the righteous path and the right religion which can provide the answers to the questions which i had been having since childhood so from 2013 till 2016 i studied all the religions when i lost all my hope and was on the verge of becoming an atheist then Allah SWT guided me and i read quran and hadith in 2016 till 2017 and by the grace of Allah SWT i took my Shadah in the year of 2017 and i also convinced my mother and my mother did taubah and repented and then we both mother and daughter reverted to islam and accepted it with full sincerity though my mother is no more in this duniya and i pray ease for her in the Akhirah & though i struggled a lot in my life and there were various tests which i have to endure till now but Allah rewarded me by providing hidayah and by the grace of Allah SWT i am on the right path and a proud muslimah

Seeking vs. Believing: Hinduism is fundamentally about seeking knowledge and understanding rather than adhering strictly to a set of beliefs. People explore their own experiences and discover their truths. This is a journey of personal exploration rather than a checklist of beliefs to accept.
The goal here is not to find out what is the right way. The goal is to live a righteous life, no matter what path you choose.
The stories and characters like Shiva, Ganesha, or Rama, serve symbolic purposes. They are "not" to be taken literally. They were written by the people and if you don't want to accept then, it's totally fine. They are about philosophical concepts and moral lessons rather than historical facts. For instance, Shiva's actions represent the complexities of life, creation, and destruction, rather than a straightforward moral judgment.
Hinduism allows for a wide range of interpretations and practices and accepts difference of opinions.
It's not about finding out is this correct or is that correct, are you correct. No. That abrahamic.
It works for you coz you believe that truth is "absolute" while for hindus it's relative.
It's common in Hindu thought for gods to embody human-like traits and flaws to convey that divinity and humanity are interconnected. The actions of gods serve as metaphors for human experience, illustrating the struggles and triumphs we face in our lives.
Because hinduism is also about experiencing God rather than reaching him. The goal is not to reach God, rather to experience the divine.

Original Vedic religion is totally different from todays Ganga Hinduism. Vedic religion was extremely similar to Zoroastrianism and they came from the same areas in what is today Afghanistan, Northern Pakistan, Kashmir, Central Asia etc. Original Vedic religion had nothing to do with main land India. It only spread their later and got corrupted with existing Indian beliefs from the Ganga region. So todays Hinduism is Indian religion, but original Vedic people were not Indians

Original Vedic religion is totally different from todays Ganga Hinduism. Vedic religion was extremely similar to Zoroastrianism and they came from the same areas in what is today Afghanistan, Northern Pakistan, Kashmir, Central Asia etc. Original Vedic religion had nothing to do with main land India. It only spread their later and got corrupted with existing Indian beliefs from the Ganga region. So todays Hinduism is Indian religion, but original Vedic people were not Indians

I was born and brought up between Hindus. I know very well about their beliefs. Allah sent prophets to every nation. I can say that they are lost ones and misunderstood the books. As we believe in Allah, they assume to be Vishnu. And we believe that Allah sent prophets time to time, they believe that the Vishnu himself comes down to earth time to time. They misunderstood angels (malayikas) with their many small gods. Hindus have totally misunderstood Allah's message and they are lost in idols, rituals,etc . If you go deep down into Vedas, you find some of the message similar to the abrahamic religions. We can't explain or argue with them. They don't want to listen to us. Only Allah can get them to straight path. The last ayah of surah Fatiha is very very powerful if you think deeply.

I grew up among Hindus in Sindh Pakistan. Vast majority of our neighbours, friends in school and even our domestic help were Hindus. I know no two Hindus have same beliefs, even if they live in the same house. I don't see Hinduism as a religion but cultural and regional traditions and practices of the people of indian subcontinent. The British actually generalized and labelled these traditions as Hinduism and created a Hindu identity for people with vastly different belief systems. For example majority of Sindhi Hindus do not have casteist heirarchy, and are referred to as Sindhis in India instead of Hindus because their beliefs defer from mainstream Hindu traditions in India.
Caste/varna is in the vedas so thats not possible, all major books talk about it. They are probably random diety follower hindus.

There is no better or worse. It's all the same essence. Prayers to the forms is based on devotion, not hope of benefits. Bhakti (devotion) is one of the ways to achieve liberation. It is the easiest and most common method, for the masses to follow. You don't need to delve into philosophy and origins of the universe. Just choose a form that inspires the positive qualities of devotion, love and service, and you're good. Parambramhan knows the devotion of your heart. He cares for that, not for which form you choose to worship. He is beyond forms, but knows that humans are simple and they need to visualise something to feel love for it.
For many this form is a toddler Krishna. When you see that form, you don't think of Gita or Mahabharata or Puranas. You think of a child and your heart is overwhelmed with love for it.
For many others it is the mother Durga, in whose battle you recognise the struggles of your own mother and of all mothers around the world. For some it could be the lover Krishna, with this irresistible charms. For some Ganesha and his serene appearance.
Again Bhakti is not for gaining favours but for unwavering love and devotion.

A 1400 year old religion trying to teach one of the ancient religions in the world which is atleast 5000 years old. This is like a pre school student trying to understand a phd course. Despite the sunnis being way in the majority. there is a subtle difference there. Their lives are not impacted by being considered achoot. Safiyya’s prior impression of the Prophet (ﷺ) was not all about the dream she mentioned to the Prophet (ﷺ). She had in fact heard her elders recognize that Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was indeed the prophet mentioned in their scriptures whom they awaited. She recounted:
I was the favorite child of my father and my uncle Abu Yasir. When I was present they took no notice of their other children. I went up to them in childish pleasure as I always did, and they were so sunk in gloom that they took no notice of me. and can you be sure?” [My father replied,] “Yes! By Allah he is!”the prophet mentioned in torah [My uncle then asked] “And what do you feel about him?” [My father replied,] “By Allah I shall be his enemy as long as I live!”[17]i didnt understand why !
With such memories and impressions, it was hardly unusual for a just-minded person to realize that the Prophet (ﷺ) was not a man to be loathed rather he was to be loved and followed and that those who opposed him were doomed anyway. Safiyya simply proved that she was not just lucky she was just-minded and open to truth as well.

The above details discreetly show that following her community’s defeat and punishment at the hands of the Prophet (ﷺ), Safiyya’s impulsive impression of hatred for him quickly changed into love and respect. Childhood memory of her elders secretly conceding that Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was indeed sent by Allah, her dream just before the campaign of Khaibar, and most importantly Prophet’s (ﷺ) graciously behaviour towards her made her fall in love with the Prophet (ﷺ) which is why she chose to stay with him as his wife rather than go over to her Jewish relatives. Thus, the Prophet (ﷺ) married her after she had become clean from menses as was required in such a case. There was accordingly no question of inconsistency or indecency on the part of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).🏳🏴

That's what I said in the last line. The icon is a medium to feel an emotional connection with God. It isn't really God. If the idol falls and breaks, it goes right into the river. In the large festivals like Durga Puja or Ganesh Chaturthi, the idol installed in the pandals is dumped as soon as the festivities are over. It's important in Bhakti to remember that the icon is only a focal point, not God itself. Just like when you kiss the Hajar e Aswad most of you don't expect any benefits, but you do it as a way to worship Allah. The very same is true here. The idol itself is worthless. What it represents is important.

When u bring in the concept of a medium to feel attached to the Creator, one is DEPENDENT on that medium to feel connected to God. Also, by containing the idea of God to the boundaries of something like a lifeless statue, you're limiting God to it, and implying that that statue can represent all the true qualities and nature of the Almighty, which personally is blasphemous. The only reason Muslims kiss hajre Aswad is because the Prophet PBUH did it, and we believe it is a stone from Heaven, however in no way to we believe we need it to have a connection with God (I mean there are many Muslims that can't afford to visit Makkah, does that mean they are not connected to God?).

There is no contradiction god is liberal and gives many options and it's upto human convenience which way he to choose. Your god is defined with strict code of and rules such regulation only comes from human intelligence level concoction. Any higher level entity will understand the difference between human nature and will provide options to choose.

It is a very nice video. But I want to add something. As an agnostic I have studied many religions including Hinduism.
I have researched that in 8000 years there were countless invasions happen in India with Hinduism . But every time somehow they survived. There are many mysterious temples in India which never destroyed or some says those invaders were failed to destroy during invasions. These temples even survived natural disasters in 8000 years. They say some divine entity is saving those temples.
Even some say through meditation each individual gain enlightenment and master life and death . And I don't know if it's true or not some people can do tantras or we can say magics in many parts of India. This religion has many mysteries which we don't know. Otherwise it is nearly impossible for any religion to survive this long 8000 years .

And I want to say about reincarnation also. In Hinduism people believe in reincarnation. Early 200-300 years ago people from different religion don't believe in that. But in recent times when scientists and researchers are finding facts that some 4-5 years old children remember their past lives . People start to believe it. If somehow in nearly 100 years science proves that reincarnation is possible then it will add another pillar to Hinduism to survive eternity and people can't forget that religion.
