Joy I cried along with you and I will pray for you. Hopefully when you share your thoughts with your Mom you can arrange to talk every night and that might be of comfort to you. If these thoughts continue more than a couple of weeks it would be helpful to talk to a minister or a professional. What you are going through is normal and you recognize what it is. Just keep praying!

My heart goes out to you. I know how you’re feeling or how you will feel. I was the one to move away to Texas and my mom was in Syracuse, Ny. I missed out a lot in life being away. We didn’t have cell phones back then with free long distance and we didn’t have face time etc. it’ll still be hard but at least you can call her and someone can teach her how to use face time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Keep leaning on the Lord to help you get through this situation 🙏🩷

Joy, sorry that your mom will be far.. but at least she is still here. I could relate to this as I lost my mom when I was 20, my Dad when I was 13 and my only brother when I was 22. And I'm 54 now. One normally can't imagine these multiple losses.
We will always need our parents. Seperation anxiety is normal to feel when seperated from family, even for persons without autism.
I'm a psychotherapist (mental health therapist) so I know about this. Please know that the Lord is with you at all times no matter what.

Give all your what if’s to the Good Lord let him handle all that for you. I know how difficult that is cause I’ve been there. Exactly look at all your blessings and if the time comes and you need points I’d be more than happy to give you some
