I ve always enjoyed Alien 3. Since I saw it in theaters. The things people usually complain about it are the things I like. 4th is a fun one too. Brad Dourif steals the show! Visually looks still pretty damn good. Definitely watch it again.
I love it, saw it twice! I’m a big fan of the Alien movies saw everyone of them in theaters except for the 2 AVP movies. All of Fede Alvarez movies are awesome IMO (Don’t Breathe 1&2, & Evil Dead)
Saw this today, It's decent for what it is and definitely better than Covenant. I didn't like it as much as Prometheus. It does combined flavors from all the movies, starts out like 3, goes to Alien, dashes in Prometheus, kicks into Aliens then does the Resurrection climax. The whole setting was really giving me the game Alien Isolation vibes and I think that this was supposed to be a movie based on that game that turned into Underwater. Also was ot just me or were the face huggers in this super easy to knock away.
i gotta rewatch the first films, i forget if they had a hard time with the face huggers or not. i liked it way better than prometheus and avp.. i might like part 4 better, but i need to watch the last half lol
@@TheTrashStash yeah it's been a few years since I rewatched 4 but see if that elevator scene reminds you of it but done better. I think Stan Winston was on board for Resurrection too, so I liked his take on the idea a little better even if it's kinda goofy as hell in the end.
I'm not sure if I'm going to watch this or not since it's a Disney movie. Disney bought rights to this, predator, Hellraiser, and a couple more horror franchise's. Oh did you hear that they're coming out with a Fight Club 2 and are also remaking Possession?
@@CarlKeeling1881 yeah I knew Disney bought the rights, but they didn’t try to make it family friendly or anything. There’s some really cool gorey scenes with the acid blood melting people and stuff. I never liked fight club, so I probably won’t bother with part 2, but I never have seen possession so I might check out the original and remake when it comes out
@@TheTrashStash the original of possession is awesome and after I watched your review on this movie I'll give it a chance. Oh I got two new Jess Franko movies the other day Sinner and Love Letters of a Portuguese Nun. I also picked up Justine too but not sure who directed that movie.
@@CarlKeeling1881 nice!! love letters of a portugese nun is my favorite from him. sinner is pretty good too! he directed justine but i cant remember if i've seen that one yet or not
I can't wait to see this one. Great review Danny.
@@HorrificNightmaresJM thanks bro! I think you’ll like it! Definitely much more of a horror vibe than the past few

@@DrOktober yeah the third one I’ve always thought was ok. I don’t hate it like most people do, but I do like the first 2 way better

Thanks for the review, Danny! I stopped before the spoilers, but you got me excited to check it out!
@@Broco1L thanks Colin! it was definitely a fun sequel!
I'm going to see the movie today at 1 with my friend Michael to celebrate his birthday☺
@@FleaMarketFalcon nice!! It’s a pretty good one to see on a birthday for sure!
Happy birthday

I thought it was a good movie, but overrated and I had quite a few problems with it. I think I’ll like it more after the dust settles.
