Their music could of been so much more. It's good, the singing and the tunes but it's soulless and shallow. 40 year old men lusting after young women basically. Plus they haven't treated their fans very well. Bad concerts, late, few songs, job done kind of crap. These are people that support them and deserve better.

Because of the pain my ex caused me, I was not able to play a single Cigarettes After Sex for months - yes for months! Because these songs would bring all the pain I've been trying to overcome. Yesterday I saw him with his new girlfriend while I'm there and today I decided to play the entire album because I don't care anymore and I am not afraid. I will blast all of their albums without hesitation and I am so happy that I can finally listen to them again!
“Cry” dices my heart into little cubes. It reminds me of all of the memories that I used to make. Realising that these memories are gone, it breaks me. Remembering how me and my friends used to listen to CAS and sing along. Gosh I wish I could go back to those times…

Crying because my dad just passed away a week ago because of lung cancer, listen to CAS makes me even more sad...i tried to convince everyone that it's life, everyone will have to go somehow, the ones that are living have to treasure what's in front of them, look forward to the future, and that my dad is released from his suffering and is resting in peace now... but deep down I ain't really ready to let him go because it's so hard for me, i don't know how to cope with grief and also because I have depression myself for so many years, I feel like shit and so tired, I don't know how am i gonna move on like this...
