Very very bad in service. My product is in warranty and facing some issue. I have raised a complaint on January,2021. Till now the issue was not resolved. But weekly I will get calls from Elica service asking about the issue was closed or not. Please check the service availability before you purchase.

Wonderful salesmanship, sellers are so well informed. I wish here in Kolkata as well such service was available. People here are not well aware of the product details.
I went to the showroom in Chandanagar, Hyderabad and salesperson told to go to first floor for cook tops. I went there and was waiting , no one is there and no one came. After 10 min I came down and told that no one is there to the sales person and he simply said that he is the only one there and I had to wait until he comes as he is busy with others. He could have told that initially and moreover the way he spoke is like a CEO of the company. I got irritated and came out. God Bless Elica. Also heard that it is not a indian company and their service is pathetic.
he is employee . must have been tired irritated due to dumb customers ( like you) and was working alone. As simple as that. learn to be humane .

The best choice. Glass top hobs/cook tops are not suitable for Indian cooking conditions. All of them break within a short time due to temperature issues. They are easier to manufacture, look good and are selling due to hyped marketing.

My Elica cook top started giving low flame issue within 10 months of usage. Elica customer care is pathetic! Don't ever buy their products, customer support is worst. I have to get it repair from out side now

Product quantity of Elica is a very bad. Zero satisfaction of using this product. In the span of three yrs two burners needed to be changed. In the long run cost of repairing and maintaining the product is very high. Service team will come and do the repair and earn their money. No response from the company team for quality issues. Overall very bad experience.
