The moment where the colony crashed on the earth and BarnZero became Sober BarnZero was truly one of if not the most chilling moment in the entire HomerMan X series.

While not the fan favorite, and a little jank in areas, I personally really enjoyed Homer Man X5, and especially it's larger focus on story (I'm how can one not get emotional over the loss of Moe's Bar!) I do feel like the difficulty was a little all over the place, but it lead to some very memorable encounters, especially if going on a duff only run, and the selection of bosses was way better than X3 and X6 (I mean really... Dr. Dopplossis?)
It may be sweetened with a little bit of nostalgia, but you can't deny it earned it's mark in the Homer Man X saga.
I mean, let's be real: the video showed the best starting route of getting Homer's Falcon armor early.
My favorite part was when Homer Man X and Barnzero clash at the Duff Brewery. Still is tough as you have to fight Barnzero before he pulls out his baseball bat and repeatedly bashes you in the head with stunlock and you are forced to lose at that point.

@@otokobhanchou4477I just wish that Groening had been able to properly end the Homer Man X series at that point. Now we have this humongous plothole with the Barnzero games when, on release, X5 set the stage for Barnzero 1 perfectly.
@@FurnaxIkki I dunno, in hindsight I think it was the right call; I would've had second thoughts too. Copy Homer was the right call when he ended up not even being the real menace of the tetralogy anyway.

As someone who just finished X5 for the first time last week on the x collection, I laughed very hard at this.
Man, 2004, I used to watch the good ol' Simpsons and play X5 with a religious commitment. Now 20 effin' years later, I get to see this buffoonery. Man, I love you internet.
I don't know anything about Megaman X5 so that ending is absolutely perfect.

Accurate representation of how X5 is. You can do everything right with the cannon and laser, but still get the bad ending. RNG is the true villain of the game.
X5 has no good ending per se, only bad and worse ones...
If you beat all the bosses without leaving the stages and coming back, I'm fairly sure the best outcome is guaranteed, though.

I am not kidding when I say that I have finally finished Mega Man X4 and Mega Man X5 on my beloved childhood disc of Mega Man X Collection for PS2, and after 7-year old me launching the Enigma like 2548 times to see what'd happen and then after doing Squid Adler's level at 23 years old earlier last night and today, I can safely say that this is one of the best things I've seen on the internet. It hurts, but in that good way that makes it even funnier. Thanks for making this!
