@@realestatesteph You’ve mentioned it before just the benefit of being centrally located. Perhaps highlighting the ease of getting to Austin, San Antonio, Dallas/Ft Worth, Houston and being located in a centralplex Waco, Temple, Belton etc. I think is a great selling point.
It's not quite as unbearable humidity as Houston, but the hail storms are wild here along with it either being in severe drought or flooding and little in between.
