2011 RAM 3500 WITH MANUAL FRONT SEATS. INSTALLING A 2018 FULL POWERED SEAT AND WIRING IT IN.
THERE IS OTHER WAYS TO DO THIS (MANY DIFFERENT WAYS) THIS WORKS AND ITS QUICK. 1 WAY ORDERING CUSTOM HARNESS $400+ EACH. 2ND FINDING 2011 FULLY LOADED SEAT HARNESS (HARD TO FIND) AND SWAPPING IT OUT WITH 2018 HARNESS.
ALL POWER FUNCTIONS WORK. I DID NOT CONNECT HEATING, COOLING OR AIRBAG. TRUCK DID NOT HAVE THEM SO NO NEED FOR THEM.

Helped out thanks !! Gave me an idea did a 2012 ram 2500 driver side only had power and passenger was all manual was little tricky since I didn’t have same wire colors as you but just used a multi meter and found power !

I’m about to convert mine to power seats as well. The seat I got is very good shape I just need to swap the cloth as I have a black cloth seat. Thanks for the video on the wiring I’m gonna do mine next week. Saving the video to follow the wiring instructions. Good job 👍🏾

Did you swap the center console later on or no? I want the new style center console but I have that shifter for the T/C on the floor as well do you know if it can be done or not
