I would love to clarify, I think my husband's cake turned out wonderful and I love the way I looked. When I said I didn't think it looked that good I meant like good enough for it to be in a professional catalog. But I still love it way better than anything we can buy from the store out of those catalogs. Lol

Dad did a great job on the cake!! Love the pancake idea- love how you give the kids jobs to do, I find it helps to when I have one that is getting into trouble giving him something gives him a great new mind focus! Hope your patio gets together for the summer days. And a great deal on the fridge awesome that it was second hand.
I use Applesauce in place of oil it is so good and no one notices
