The comedy value of this video is as golden as that shroud. One thing to note though, You need to raise the freq graph up with a positive offset and then cap the max voltage. By pulling graph down you're actually overvolting the freq below your cap, as seen by the lower portion of the curve against the stock curve
Man, I can’t tell you how much I hate it when I’m working on something, and I have everything I need to take it apart and 1 singular screw strips causing me to have to fight it till it comes out. What I use to get stripped screws out is either the next size higher, a triangle bit or flat head, torx screw bits may also work for getting stripped screws out also if you don’t want to saw it out. Good video :)
I bought a 1080 Ti blower card and replaced the fan with a Raijintek Morpheus II cooler solution. Works great and keeps the card very cool - probably 20C cooler than the single fan.
The price IS absurd man, people Who get blower gpus are not usually with the money to choose the best options... I have to find something affordable to cool my 2080ti without that ridiculously loud noise
@@funkiEst i believe it is possible, theoretically. With blower style cards, the problem it has is the fact that it is basically a chamber trapping heat for the card since the idea is the blower fan sucks in the air and push cool air out to the back of the card. this is done with the closed chamber design that routes the air that way. this makes it hard for the heat to escape from the card and for cool air to come in from anywhere else. How do we mitigate this? according to the video, the heatsink is already there... so just pull the cover up. stuck in a noctua or third party fan, rig everything up somehow, connect the fans together to the gpu fan port, and voila. no raijintek or arctic additional cooler required... theoretically.
That was the worst way to undervolt, but it gave the same result You can shift drag the area after your wanted point to select all the other point, then shift double enter to align everything
Dell gets them from MSI for their XPS and Alienware computers. The Alienware ones have a backplate while the XPS ones do not. As far as I can tell it doesn't really matter much.
You could just put there Arctic Accelero Extreme :D Just arrived some used 2080 Ti to me and guy sent me that Arctic cooler too. But after undervolting and some playing in Afterburner the temps are max 85 on hotspot with blower, so no use for Acellero yet.
Haha It was looking perfect becore polishing It but i felt so identified with that kind of mistskes... I ve just got a blower 2080ti and i can't fucking believe the noise, i've only tweaked the fan speed in my previous gpus and i've always made the fan to spin at full speed when reached 70° and i never had more than 73° when long rendering periods (i dont use It for games) but now It Will exceed 80° in this intense processing periods... Well i've just tried the gpu for the first time, tomorrow i will explore It better...
Holy.. u bought the worst custom design for a way to high price. Last year at the same time u could buy an GTX 1080 with good custom design on craigslist for 100 bucks. And instead of doing some usefull mods like a coppermod, heatsink / backplate mod and adding liquid metal, u decided to simply give it an ugly paintjob. Why are ukrainians like that? But i have to give big props to ur video work. The quality is insanely good. But i hoped for a non-nonsense upgrade build. But this is just useless. i left a sub anyways in hopes to see the same quality but with nice builds
If you guys are looking for a good teardown video go watch the video above this one when you do the search. This one is absolutely stupid and very amateur. Other guy knows what hes doing
What is blud doing 💀💀💀
Fr 💀💀💀
lmao i approve of this video
Blud is making a mid range look like an expensive rtx 4090
Blud is the reason why Russia invaded his country 😭
Blud brought it upon himself 💀
Totally mangling a paint job.

but is that a problem in practice if the lower portion of the curve only apples for low (idle?) frequencies?
You are the best
That part where you noticed the thermal pads and the screams of rage....I laughed so hard. Thanks for the excellent vid

Send me a link I made the mistake of buying a dell rtx 2070 super blower GPU
The price IS absurd man, people Who get blower gpus are not usually with the money to choose the best options... I have to find something affordable to cool my 2080ti without that ridiculously loud noise
I did the same, last week I also put a morpheus II on my 1080Ti MSI Aero

I love the honesty of this video. Especially when u F up the paint job, but still include it in the video lol. 🤣
We need this kind of videos its just the best to watch
how can a bad gpu condition become to a great condition
I used to design sticker for blower gpu shroud, i think its looks cool
The number of tiny, time-wasting F-ups I've made fiddling with GPUs is staggering; I felt your pain
at first video looking completely normal after you reaching halfway all i can see is chaos and disaster💀
It might’ve been more work but I think you should’ve made an acrylic backplate for your gpu, would look 10 times better
Surprisingly high quality video for a channel with so less subscribers.
Instant subscribe man, keep up your content!!!!
He did a decent job on the cinematography side of things but that paint job is atrocious.
He’s stealing video from another channel!
www.youtube.com/@user-gf9zf8pg9k
Even previews are the same, author, stop stealing videos
Next time you paint a GPU shroud, put it in the over for 30 mins, @60c. This will cure the paint to the touch. In a few days, it will be set.
7:00 no thermal paste replacement after reopening GPU?
bro did you watch the video or just skip through? 5:31
he rather gives it an ugly paintjob
@@chrisslyi yeah but he opened the gpu again

On eBay you’re held accountable. Don’t want neutral or negative feedback for seller. That’s a death sentence!

good video, but your explanation of the undervolting was pretty lacking
....Just brilliant ! 10/10
This video is a fucking masterpiece
A straight drill bit would help.lol
Can you do the MSI RX Vega 56 Air Boost 8Gb OC card?

Dude, I loved watching the video! Slava Ukraine!
....my love of making shit 😅...that got you a subscriber
blower cards sound cool tbh just ass 2 of them
Well I am happy with one Asus 2060 super turbo
And this card it's loud
Haha can't believe you forgot the thermal pads 😫
what is that fix? 😗😗🤨🤨
Are you still alive buddy?
Sigh... Remove the grill (and any extra material) from the GF card's case slot/cover thing already.
Such a good video
Гарна робота!
Should have copper plated the shroud electrochemically instead of painting it. Looks wrong, bad and cheap.

If it's satire, you got me pretty good lol. If not, please stop spreading misinformation
omg. that was not smoothe. "mirror finish" but its' just a series of visible scratches and you can't see anything on the surface. yikes

The first paint job was very nice. The redo! Not so good.
