I love your watercolour paintings Francesca. When I first saw them I wondered where you got such lovely prints from then you told us that you painted them. Way to go!!! As for the material on the wedding favour, I don't think it is tulle because tulle is what we use over here for wedding veils. It might be a very lightweight organza because that has a lovely sheen to it, but to be honest, I am no expert on anything, especially not fabrics. As usual, your project turned out super well. I think the material is organza, which is much like tulle but stiffer.
but organza is transparent?
It looks like organza to me as well, because of its stiffness and also because of how shiny it looks.
